Monthly Rentals in Tambun

This was my second time staying at Chong's house (9th - 14th June 2025), and once again, it was a great experience. The house is very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the pictures. It’s conveniently located with easy access to anywhere in Ipoh by car. Highly recommended! Chong was very responsive and promptly answered all our questions. During my previous stay, the water dispenser was the standard filter type. I was pleasantly surprised this time to see that it has been upgraded to a Coway water dispenser — much more convenient and user-friendly! Special thanks to Senior Uncle Chong (Chong’s father), who is always warm, friendly, and caring. I truly enjoy our conversations — they are one of the highlights of my stay. It’s been a pleasure getting to know him, especially with him staying just next door to Chong’s house. I strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ipoh. It will definitely be my top choice again for future trips!

Great stay for my small family! Is a Baby friendly unit ! They do provide clean and good baby bath tub, high chair and floor mattress for tummy time! We enjoy our night here! Thank you host for being thoughtful

Good location close to Aeon Kinta. Very quiet, secure, and amber parking. Couple minor improvements; the dinner chairs could do with seat cushions to stop sliding and soften the sitting. Instructions on how to operate the TV and entertainment unit would be useful. All glass doors should have some safety indications to identify they are glass to prevent people from walking into them.
