Allen is a great host, friendly and very responsive. The space is also cosy, pretty well maintained and as described. Would definitely stay there again when I’m in JB.

Our family of 3 (7 year old kid) stayed here for 2 nights in June for our Legoland trip. The place was clean and matches the photos and descriptions. Host was responsive and already informed beforehand that they would give you further instructions on the day of checkin, everything was smooth. Amenities available allowed us to have comfortable stay, with light cooking too. Slight drainage smell from the bathroom, but it was still fine with us. Distance wasn't too far from eateries and shopping places as long as you're driving. Good stay with affordable price

The 1st impression when enter the unit feels like home. The unit was very clean and beautiful. The place was so peaceful and quiet which I personally felt is the best. The 🛁 was a plus for me. The view from the units was fantastic. Everthing was great and the host (Von & Lisa) was so supportive and was checking on us and our stay. The check out time was 11am but I requested to check out at 12pm and they was so kind to let me check out at 12 without any additional charges ❤️ Thanks Lisa & Von for your great hospitality. We will definitely come back again. Everthing in the unit was perfect and hope you guys maintain this forever.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The place was spotless and well-maintained, which made me feel right at home. The bed and furniture were very comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. On top of that, the space had a warm and cosy atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The host was also very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Amazing place with amazing view to the new city of Johor Bahru. For small family within 3 or 4 people, this place is great and comfortable to stay for relaxing. Pool within the complex help in outdoor activity. Owner also show great hospitality. Really recommended to other!

It’s wonderful place to stay at with family

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean and had no smell, which made it very comfortable. The host was friendly and welcoming. When I encountered a small issue, they responded quickly and helped to settle it without any hassle.

Absolutely loved our stay! 🏡 The house was super clean, spacious, and perfect for our group. The private KTV room was the highlight — we had so much fun singing together! 🎤 There’s also a Nintendo Switch, pool table, automatic mahjong table, and BBQ area — so plenty to keep everyone entertained. Every corner felt cozy and well-prepared. The host was helpful and check-in was smooth. Highly recommended for family trips or weekend getaways with friends. Definitely booking again next time! 🙌

Had a fab stay at Kym’s place! 🧳✨ Super easy to find and just a stone’s throw from City Square Mall—perfect for food, shopping, or emergency bubble tea runs. 😄 Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the apartment had everything I needed, right down to the tiniest detail. Kym was a gem—quick to respond and gave instructions so clear even my GPS felt appreciated. 📍 Only one bummer: the sofa had seen better days (looked like someone forgot what a coaster—or common sense—was 🥲). So here’s a friendly note to fellow guests: let’s help keep the place lovely for everyone and treat it like our own home (except maybe cleaner). 💁🏻‍♀️✨ Would definitely book again—minus the mystery stains!

We appreciated the small details of the place: passcode access to both the mailbox and our apartment, which was more convenient than keys, and the two bottles of water provided. The host was also very accommodating with additional requests, such as adjusting check-in and check-out times.

True to description, and the facilities are good for those w young children! Definitely worth a night’s stay in JB, close to Midvalley. There are also food shops/bakery at ground floor near to the apartment. Security is strict, which is good for safety.
