Monthly Rentals in Tama County

It was exactly what I needed and perfect price. The people I met, that I assume live there full time, were very helpful and nice. Had no issues with Denices instructions.

Enjoyed our stay in this loft. It is clean, well-maintained, and convenient to main drag area. We appreciated the free drink tokens for next-door where we had a delicious dinner. Also recommend front porch cidery down the street. Hard to find good lodging in this area, so glad this was available and fit the bill.

I’ve stayed at the bungalow several times now. I’m in Belle plaine pretty frequently to see grandkids. I still choose to stay at Jeff’s place because it’s peaceful. Always spotless and I always look forward to staying here. Great communication with quick responses! Amazing value in a quaint town:)

Would highly recommend this place! My crew (with kids aged 12, 9 and 5 plus a dog) has stayed here twice and had an awesome trip both times. The yurt is spacious, comfortable and well equipped; Jessica is a very gracious and generous host. We've thoroughly enjoyed the goat social, the piggy popsicles and the waffle bar for breakfast! We'll be back; this is a very special place!
