The house has been recetly furnished and is fully equipped. Two large rooms with open plan kitchen, bedroom with double bed king size, sofa, desk. Private bathroom with walking walk-in shower. Luxury decor. Peaceful and magical close-to-nature environment.

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Nestled in the countryside of the Bray region, you will discover a rich terroir of local producers. Rouen is an hour away and the Normandy coast is in the same direction. The cottage is independent, next to the owners' house.

Charming accommodation in the old school of Martagny. A small peaceful village on the edge of the forest near Lyons-la-Forêt. On the second floor of this building, I have preserved the spirit of the house in a modern atmosphere mixing design, industrial, flea market and art.
