We have 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs with queen sized beds with thick mattresses, nice linens & the master bedroom overlooks the sea. A wraparound terrace with great views especially at sunset. Our parents have a cottage next door and can help at all times. Wifi is quite fast so you can work from home if needed. We do NOT have air conditioning, but there are several electric fans

We had the best trip and stay at this place. Kuya Marc really accomodated us, even secured a motor rent. The house felt like home, only thing to consider is whenever it’s daytime, living room feels hot. Overall, I recommend this place. Just few minutes to major spots in the island! Will come back and stay here again for sure!

Better than what we expected. We felt like it was our home. The place is very spacious. Very clean. Hosts are so friendly and responsive to all our requests. There is a free parking for guest. The place was that good that we wanted to stay longer but we have to fly back home to Australia 🤣. We are definitely coming back when we are in Gingoog again. Thank you for amazing stay! Very recommendable.

The place is clean, peaceful, safe, with parking space within the premises. Amenities include towels, eating utensils, kettle, rice cooker among others. I find the place a very good value for the price. It is a very short drive to Duka Bay Resort, and the beaches along the By-Pass road is walkable. We will surely be back.

Very clean and spacious room. Great value for money, the owner is very attentive and responsive. He ordered us a tricycle for 250 pesos for two people only to go to the port to take the ferry (only 20 min ride). A great place to stay before catching the ferry, 100% recommended.
