I highly recommend this beautiful villa!! the actual place looked so much more gorgeous than in photos, it was clean and tidy upon check in. do notes that you definitely need an 4wd SUV/ scooter to get up to the villa as the slope is insanely steep!! but the view is 10x worth it omg the mountain and ocean view was so so so pretty:) I stayed with my boyfriend just 2 of us so it was a huge space but we proffered sleeping on the first floor as there were blackout curtains. If you're sleeping upstairs there's no curtains covering the high windows and will definitely be woken up by the sunrise. The pool was small but so cute to take photos and just chilling there made us so comfortable , we didn't even want to leave the villa! Andrew and his team created a chat group so if I had any queries it was answered almost immediately with clear instructions. I definitely HIGHLY RECCOMEND this place and thank you so much for the warm hospitality ♡

The villa is really beautiful and clean. It’s located at a central area, 10-min drive can get you to anywhere. The host is generally very helpful with a lot of suggestions for activities and restaurants. The private dining experience was superb, with amazing food and vibes.

Min kæreste og jeg tilbragte en uge i den smukke villa i koh samui, vi blev hentet da vi kom fra koh phangan og kørt til lufthavnen da vi skulle videre. Du kommer hen til det dejligste og mest rolige sted, der er egen pool med badedyr, snacks, drikkelse i køleskabet, vaskemaskine og mere til! Det lå meget centralt, man skulle ikke mere end 10-20 min, så havde man alt man kunne tænke sig. Helt klart en kæmpe anbefaling for pengene! Vi vender stærkt tilbage en anden gang.

Honnêtement, Audrey et Éric forment un couple en or. Ils sont attentionnés, à l’écoute, toujours disponibles et aux petits soins avec nous. La villa était tout simplement incroyable : aussi belle que sur les photos — voire même plus. Notre séjour a été exceptionnel, tant par le confort du lieu que par la qualité de l’accueil. Je recommande cette expérience à tout le monde. J’ai choisi cette villa pour mon voyage de noces, et je ne le regrette absolument pas. Pour tous les couples à la recherche d’un endroit privé et intime, c’est l’endroit idéal : personne ne vous dérange, la piscine est privée et l’endroit est isolé. Un vrai petit coin de paradis.

This is a real gem. You get access to a 5-star hotel with wonderful beach, pools, kids club, activities,restaurants, and air bar with magnificent views (one of 1000 places to visit before you die according to The Times), for a fraction of the price. the villa is huge, and I must say a lot nicer than the photos. the views and sunset are magnificent. Communication with Christian was great. and Nan took great care of us at the spot. We combined the stay with a week at Koh Tao for snorkeling and a week at Chaweng for more central stay, which was perfect for us. 6 adults and 6 kids had the whole villa and the apartment and it was great room.

Honestly. Youd pay 1000s for the view from the terrace/pool area. We had such an amazing stay here. Perfect isnt the word. Inside of villa was spotless. Highly recommend. Group of 4 20-25. We used the scooters for 2 days of our stay which were needed to get up and down the hill that leads to the villa. The villa is in Lamai area which has lovely beaches bars and restaurants. 20 mins from Chaweng which is a more popular parting destination.

I cannot say enough about this wonderful home. First, the local management company was super responsive and always the friendliest attitude. The house is magnificent. Very functional kitchen, living area was roomy and with very comfortable sofas. Large refrigerator, easy stove to work and all of the pots, pans, utensils and service ware you will need. I did not use the outside BBQ but I did look it over and it is also, top notch quality. The rooms are very roomy, bathrooms spacious, lots of hot water and very good water pressure. The property has a very private feel. The beach is walkable at low tide and floating in the infinity pool gives you the feeling of being in the bay. There is plenty of towels and linens. We stayed for 17 days and was very sad to leave.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Wa. sie war mit Abstand die beste Gastgeberin, die wir je auf Koh Samui erlebt haben. Ihr Haus ist großzügig, sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und liegt in einer traumhaften Garten- und Poolanlage, die wir komplett für uns allein hatten – absolute Privatsphäre und Ruhe! Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Schon bei unserer Ankunft warteten ein paar Snacks und Getränke im Kühlschrank auf uns – eine sehr nette Geste. Wa war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns bei allen Fragen schnell und hilfsbereit unterstützt. Sogar ein günstiges Taxi hat sie für uns organisiert. Die Lage des Hauses ist traumhaft. direkt an einem ruhigen, fast menschenleeren Strand, ideal für alle, die Erholung und Ruhe suchen, fernab vom Massentourismus. Auch preislich war der Aufenthalt absolut fair, und besonders angenehm war, dass am Ende keine zusätzlichen Kosten für Strom berechnet wurden. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. danke, Wa, für diese schöne Zeit!

Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve dans l’appartement de Manfred. Le logement est exceptionnel et au calme avec une vue à couper le souffle sur l’une des plus belles plages de l’île. Nous avons pu assister à de magnifiques couchés de soleil grâce aux baie vitrées qui offrent une vue dégagée sur le ciel. Manfred est un hôte très sympathique, réactif et disponible. Nous reviendrons certainement!!

Fabulous week - thanks so much to Nikki, Ton and the house team for a really relaxing week in this beautiful villa. Such a peaceful location right on the beachfront. Ton took care of us from start to finish, keeping the villa clean and tidy. Nikki was so helpful in recommending excursions and booking them for us, not to mention the fabulous private chef who cooked delicious meals for us on a couple of nights. The Ang Thong marine park boat trip was the highlight of our whole trip to Thailand. We loved the two or three little beach cafes, bars and a local restaurant within walking distance too. Would love to return one day.

We had a fantastic stay at Christian’s place! We were welcomed on arrival and shown around the places - the views were nothing short of beautiful and a really great location! The space was as described and lovely and modern! Would definitely recommend a stay here without a doubt. A few things to note: -Fisherman’s village had a bustling night market I believe on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays evenings. The fire show is on daily and can be seen from the Airbnb, deffo recommend a stroll to watch it - we were wary of local taxi companies ripping us off compared to Bolt app but actually some of the taxis that we got that (red pick ups) can be cheaper if you have a large group like we did - On the walk to fisherman’s village via the beach there were 2 dogs (these looked like pets as had collars on) that were incredibly vicious and protective even on the second occasion we tried to walk and kept close to the shore. Nothing to do with the Airbnb just a heads up if you walk via the beach

I stayed at Jeffrie’s place with 5 friends and had the best stay ever. This was by far the best Airbnb experience we have ever had! The villa was pristine and in the perfect location. The staff were so kind and helpful. Jeffrie also provided great local recommendations and a responsive driver to transport all 6 of us. The complementary daily breakfast was a lovely start to each day. And we especially loved lounging by the pool and in the outdoor sitting area! We will miss our time in Koh Samui dearly, and thank Jeffrie & his staff so much for their hospitality!

What a wonderful location, we loved it. We had a great time at David‘s place. And the best was Kob, what a lovely person. She fulfilled every wish and was so nice to the whole family. We almost took her with us to Germany. Thank you for the paradise!

This was, hands down, one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had. The home was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and located in a peaceful, scenic area — exactly what we were looking for. But what truly made our stay unforgettable were our incredible hosts. Wat and Khun went above and beyond in every way. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home with warm hospitality, thoughtful local treats, and consistent support throughout our stay. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel like honored guests. Equally outstanding were Martin and Karen, who were always just a message away. Their communication was prompt, clear, and incredibly helpful. They provided fantastic recommendations for local restaurants, hidden gems, and must-see spots that made our trip even more special. We feel incredibly lucky to have found this place and crossed paths with such wonderful hosts. If you’re considering booking — do it. You won’t regret it.

Villa booked on behalf of son and friends. Great views from 7 young men celebrating their graduation. Great host - Villa booked a year in advance, and always pro-active with queries, clarifications and support. The flight was late - instructions provided well to check in, with delayed arrival pickup from the airport. The villa was self sufficient for the boys - activities to do (pool table, games, movie theatre), kitchen, barbeque, infinity pool. Strongly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Koh Samui with a family / group.

We had a great stay at this lovely two-bedroom house in Lipa Noi. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to a beautiful, quiet beach that felt peaceful and uncrowded. It was well worth the price they charged, offering excellent value for the area. The hosts were friendly and responsive, making the whole experience easy and enjoyable. We’d definitely stay here again!

To viewers: I cannot recommend the villa enough. As a first-time BnB’er, we had reservations about using the service generally, and this could not have done a better job dispelling them. Villa is exactly as described, with nothing left to surprise but matching the exemplary spec. It’s also fantastic value for money. The location is great, too, and provides easy access to a fun time, but a reclusive, calming retreat for those quieter moments. Natalie was helpful, extremely responsive and has expansive, useful knowledge to enhance your stay with great recommendations. Her guides are useful, informative, and simple to make the stay seamless. 5/5, would strongly recommend. Thank you again Natalie!

Ningning was very responsive and accommodating. I felt the place looked like the photos. The only downside I had was finding a couple of lizards in the place but that’s to be expected as it’s a tropical island. They offered to come catch them and were kind about the issue. Overall highly recommend!

Perfect Villa, we were supposed to stay 5 nights, we finally decided to stay 5 days more. The location is perfect: near lamai (3min in scooter) and near the main road that crosses the island from east to west. The neighbourhood is really quiet and the villa absolutely amazing. The people managing the house are very nice and very reactive. A great great moment there !

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. The property was stunning, well-maintained, and offered everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The people were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always going above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. We would definitely love to return again in the future!

We’ve sadly left Anastasiya’s beautiful villa today after 4 wonderful days-the villa is spotlessly clean, modern, comfortable with absolutely everything catered for! The views are breathtaking-and the sunrises in the morning are a wonderful way to start the day-it’s incredibly calm and quiet with a lovely infinity pool to bob around on when it’s hot! It is high up a mountain, so you need a car, but I grew to love our rides into Chaweng, Fisherman’s Village, Lamai ☺️ Anastasiya was also really quick to respond to any issues-these were completely out of her hands (electrical issues in the area) but kept us all informed, which we really appreciated-she also recommended the lovely Panu who collected/returned us to the airport and also drove us around the island one day-thank you! All in all, I highly recommend visiting this beautiful property, I’d go back in a heartbeat 💗

Simply dreamy! If you're looking for a beautiful, spacious villa; a large pool; comfortable beds, large bathrooms, a quiet area but very close to Lamai, and a perfect place to explore the island and go on excursions from; then Robert and Yaya are exactly right for you. But if you're looking for hosts who make you feel completely at ease, are super friendly and accommodating, always there for you, can help you with every little thing, and are always reachable, then you must come to Robert and Yaya, the two of them are simply fantastic! If you want to go on excursions and leave the organization to the guide, then they can connect you with Tutu, who takes great and super kind care of everything. We can only thank all three of them from the bottom of our hearts, we felt so well looked after and safe with them! THANK YOU!

We had an awesome stay at this villa! It is perched on a steep hill, however, if you book transport through the villa it’s no issue at all. Some grabs/taxis struggled to get up, but, if you are like us the climb might be welcomed given we weren’t exercising during our holiday haha! The whole team was easy to communicate with, and super helpful. The view is incredible with a great pool. AC works great. Location is really good, close to Chaweng but far enough that you feel nestled away from the crowds. Good access to other nearby locations like Lamai. We will definitely be back!
