Also, just a short walk to parks, restaurants, shops, and much more. The house has 3 bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms. There is also a pull out couch on the first floor, and a pull out chair on the second floor. One of the bedrooms does have a vanity/desk. The kitchen is great for entertaining.
