With 5 rooms and a capacity of 12 beds, it provides the perfect accommodation for large families, groups of friends and ski teams. It offers a comfortable use with a large terrace, 5-car parking lot, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.

Our house, which we designed in the concept of a 1+1 boutique villa built in February 2024, is 12 km (10 minutes) from the city center. Erciyes ski resort Hacılar is 7 km (10 minutes) away. It has a 250 square meter garden. Heat and sound insulation is available. It is cool in summer and warm in winter. It has its own parking lot. It is carefully designed for families of 4-5 people to stay comfortably. It is also suitable for those who have difficulty walking. There is no Wi-Fi✖️ NOTE: PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED🚫

Our door is open to our guests who do not prefer hotels and want to feel at home, especially during the pandemic period.
