Everything was in order, marvelous hot shower and complete amenities. Very responsive host. Top notch location too.

The place feels intimate we all had a wonderful time. The pool is not so big so if you have kids they're reachable if there's an emergency. The rooms were nice and cold. The kitchen has complete utensils. Place is also easy access so if there's a need to deliver or buy a food you can easily get in and out. The ate who assisted us is really friendly, accommodating and really welcoming. All in all this is a great place to stay. We definitely recommend this place and hopefully we can book again soon.

I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

Our family had a great stay! Robert was very accommodating and kept in touch with regular updates, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The location is excellent—close to recreational areas, making it easy to get out and explore. The room was exactly as seen in the photos, clean, spacious, and comfortable, and having access to a free pool was a fantastic bonus. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-located stay and will surely go back.

This place is very nice and luxurious. The entire stay felt very comfortable and my girlfriend and I loved eating meals out on the balcony. I particularly enjoyed the bathrooms with working hot water and fancy sinks. The bed was very cushy as well as supportive and I got a great night sleep every time I slept there. I also enjoyed the nice big TV in the living room. The location was also great. We were able to get grabs right outside the lobby and there were a number of stores within walking distance. The community is gated, so we felt like we had a lot of privacy and safety. My only complaints would be that we never quite got streaming services on the projector to work, which was a main selling point to me. The stove tops were also a little finicky, so we mostly avoided cooking. That being said, there were lots of other cooking appliances that worked well, so it's something that can be worked around if desired. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely repeat.

The unit was beautifully designed in every corner—definitely felt like a true penthouse! It would have been even better with an aircon in the living room since there’s only one in the bedroom. Having utensils and drinking water available would also make it feel more like home. Other than that, no complaints! The lobby receptionists were friendly, the host was easy to communicate with, and the building has great amenities like a gym, salon, and convenience store right in the lobby.

We have stayed in this area 4 times now in different apartments. This apartment was not only the best view of all the places we stayed but it was very reasonably priced as well. Easily the nicest decorated unit we stayed in and definitely the cleanest of all the places we stayed in as well. Will definitely save this one for future visits. Quickly responded to all questions every time and even took our lugginto the suite early for us so we could tour the area and have lunch before check in. 5stars in every way.

The place was great, but what really set it apart was the hospitality and responsiveness of Maria. All concerns were addressed immediately. The cleaner who came was also super friendly, and made sure the upkeep of the room was always maintained.

The place is very clean and smells really good. Complete with amenities. The size is good enough for a family of 4 ( with 2 kids). It is 5-10 minutes away from Venice Grand mall and I walked back to the unit at 10 p.m. and felt safe. There are restaurants, convenience stores and Watson drug mart nearby. I already recommended the place to a friend. Carlo, one of the co-hosts, was always avaliable for any questions and concerns. Thank you!!!

The unit is immaculate. It is very clean and well maintained. I am very well satisfied with all the amenities of the unit becasue all of them work. l like the minimalist concept with few and basic furnishings. This unit has a perfect location. Very close to St. Lukes, Bonifacio High Street, Burgos Circle and Mind Museum. As a host, Alex is par excellence. His response is very quick. He far exceeds being a super host because he goes above and beyond. For sure his unit will continue to be a guest favorite. Thank you again, Alex!

We had a great time staying at this place. The unit was clean and spacious enough for small groups. The host was accommodating as well and responsive to all queries. Though the unit has Netflix, we were not able to use it for some reason but we still had a great time :)

Got no words to say as the couple, Sir and Ms jodelle are very responsive, we even locked ourselves in the balcony and they are there straight away! Thank you mam and sir for accommodating us and we had the great time staying! It is also a plus that they really considered my 2 dogs!!!!

Best choice and would book this place again if I need a personal getaway, because this home feels like home for me, and the amount of space is? is perfect! The ambiance and old retro aesthetics are a need, and it has it. I love it

Joan is an excellent host. Very responsive and helpful. We checked in in the middle of the night and didn't have any problems as the concierge was open 24 hrs. Unit is perfectly safe because they've got security guards downstairs. The place is exactly how it looks in the photos. It's clean, and nice and modern. Has got great wifi, TV has netflix and prime video. You also get access to the condominium's swimming pool and gym. It's in an excellent location too. There's a massage spa right in front of the condominium, a 24- hr convenience store nearby, a bank/ATM, and even a salon too. Highly recommended, and would gladly come back here myself.
