Twenty years ago, I fell in love with this corner of Occitania: the charm of the vineyards, the valleys as far as the eye can see, the calm, the building to be restored. I designed this house to accommodate our many friends and family. Our apartment, ideal for a family of 4, is above a garage in a property with a separate entrance. Parking is available at the foot of the accommodation. We are located in a peaceful and quiet village with all amenities (bakery, supermarket, restaurants...) nearby (5 km). We are in a wine region (Madiran, Pacherenc); you can taste these wines in different areas. Mountain bikers, trailers, hikers... will find their happiness.

The main room includes the kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction stove, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, washer and dryer and a sitting area with a sofa bed that converts into a bed (for an extra bed) with TV. Bathroom with shower and toilet. A bedroom with a 160 bed.
