Der phantastische Ausblick von der Terrasse geht bis zum Meer und liegt direkt an der wenig befahrenen Ringstraße. Das Resort ist erst im Entstehen weshalb die Preise dezent gehalten werden. D.h. Pool, Restaurant, Kiosk und einige Häuser sind noch nicht errichtet. Der Baulärm hält sich in Grenzen da hier sehr viel in Handarbeit verrichtet wird, die keinen störenden Lärm verursacht.
