My house is built in the garden, away from the busy of town, it only takes you 10 mins walk to the centre though. The house is a quite place and has the view of Sa pa town and Ham Rong mountain. Aimed at convenience, the house has its own bathroom, a small kitchen with amenities that you can prepare your own meal. There's also working space for you who need to work while traveling with high speed wifi. Outside is garden and terrace where you can sit, enjoy a coffee and chill out.

Our happy bungalow has the spirit of a Red Daos traditional house : woods material, spacious with its 26m², and opening under the roof for lights. There is also a pretty mezzanine for enjoy cosy times, read books, drink tea, play games, or for add mattresses if you have happy kids or just be happy friends who want to stay together. This place was perfect. I am a westerner who loves to travel and I have stayed all over Europe, The Americas, and SE Asia. This place was top notch, very clean, perfectly located right in Sapa city center, and the amenities and toiletries provided rivaled those of some of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Europe. The location made it easy for me to meet hiking guides and walk to Cat Cat village. Additionally, the funicular to Fansipan mountain is within easy walking distance. If you are having a hard time deciding where to stay in Sapa. Look no further, this is the place! You will not be disappointed. Plus the views are breathtaking.
