There are several MTB routes, a golf course and various hiking and biking routes. The house has 2 spacious bedrooms, a comfortable living room, kitchen, utility room and spacious garden.

The southwest-facing terrace offers plenty of space for relaxing sunbathing and fun barbecue evenings.
