Welcome to our cozy apartment in the Tenne! Not far from the train/bus station (within walking distance). From here you can walk to the city center with lots of restaurants and shops as well as the wonderful beach. Old Westerland with the beautiful village church is also a few minutes away! Our apartment is located in a beautiful Frisian house. You will find it on the second floor. It covers two levels. The upper sleeping area can be reached via a staircase (due to the location in the attic, you have little ceiling height). The living and dining area is spacious and flooded with light. Open ceiling beams and cozy furnishings invite you to linger. Free Wi-Fi and a parking space for your car is available behind the house.

Sunny, small apartment for 2 in Westerland

The apartment is bright, cozy and very small (approx. 34 m², 1.5 rooms) and was last renovated in January 2022. The built-in kitchen, eco-design floor (phthalate-free) and electrical system were renovated in 2017. Suitable for all those who want to be on the outskirts of Westerland and who do not mind the "charm of a yellow clinker apartment building" Theodor Heuss Str. 16-22. Small southwest balcony available. Parking. Bed linen/towels/dish towel must be brought optionally for an additional charge of 20 euros per person.

From here you can reach the pedestrian zone with numerous shops and shopping facilities in just 2 minutes, as well as the wonderful beach. There is NO parking space for your car. The fantastic apartment, over 90 m², can accommodate five people. It has a double bedroom with TV and adjoining shower room, as well as two cozy single bedrooms, one of which can be used as a double bedroom with pull-out bed. A private shower room is also available for this purpose. An open, fully equipped kitchen-living room with two patio doors makes the apartment a summer dream. The terrace can only be used by you in the morning, noon and evening sun.

Stylish apartment in captain's house (Alt-Westerland)

We have recently renovated our captain's house Boysen, an old Sylt captain's house dating back to 1784, with a lot of love for detail. In the stylishly furnished 3 rooms garden apartment, you will find space for four people on approx. 80 square meters. From the living room with two sofas you can access a cozy terrace. The two cozy bedrooms each have a double bed (180 cm or 140 cm wide) and are already freshly furnished. Free parking is available.

The loft apartment is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation on Sylt. Due to the open roof ridge, the room has an extraordinary height and spatial effect.
