Cozy & very clean waterfront home, perfect for a couples getaway. Property is overlooking the Saint Andrews Channel with access to a small private wharf. Unfortunately you cannot dive from or dock boat on wharf. Ideal for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, canoeing or simply just putting your feet up and relaxing. After a day on the water relax in front of a small campfire and watch the boats returning for the evening as the sunsets. A perfect, well deserved day of peace, calm and tranquility.

There is also a wall mounted tv that gives you access to Netflix. Bedroom has a queen sized bed with bathroom, washer and dryer on-site . Located in the heart of downtown Sydney with lots of attractions, restaurants, gyms, and groceries within walking distance. There is parking available for one vehicle onsite.
