Absolutely wonderful home! Very inviting, well stocked, super clean, excellent beds and linens, and walkable to everything in town. We loved our stay. We felt so comfortable and really enjoyed the spacious home, and walking around Baddeck. We have rented over 30 airbnb's over the years and this one is at the top. We plan to return. Highly recommend.

John and Willemijn were very accommodating, respond very quickly and were helpful mentioning extra tips about the town. Place was super cute and cozy! Loved my stay!

We had 5 family members + dog visit for 3 nights at Debbie’s place in Florence. It has all the amenities you need and is a ‘Hallmark’ like home. Our stay was very comfortable and is close to town. Debbie is a great host who was flexible and was always responsive. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again next time in town.

Spent Christmas week, location was beautiful n peaceful yet easy enough for family and friends to find. The two living areas made it great for entertaining family. Laura was very approachable and facilitated any needs we had.

What a beautiful week we had at this perfect little cottage! We enjoyed our time so much and will be sure to come back if we ever get the chance. Gabarus is pretty and sleepy and we had the best time exploring the surroundings, just behind the cottage, as well as the public Gull Cove Trail nearly. We took advantage of the beautiful fire place to cozy up inside, enjoyed a bonfire outside and even took a quick dip in the sea at the beach close by. The bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen where clean, cozy and more modern than you would expect them to be in a remote little cottage like this. Thank you so much for the amazing stay!

Calvin and Carole Lee's place was just what we needed during our trip to Sydney. The house was very close to lots of restaurants and shopping, and was well stocked with all the amenities and extras we could need. Check in was easy and communication was smooth. We loved our stay and would happily return next year!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, coffee, and local recommendations. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed but still quiet and peaceful at night. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Stayed at Aaron and Millie’s place the night before crossing the Newfoundland ferry. What a great location less than 10 mins to the ferry. Very clean. Had everything we needed!

We had such a great time! Loved being able to walk to the waterfront (caught the northern lights there one night!) As well as to town. The Baddeck Gathering Ceilidh was a highlight of our trip. Our group appreciated the multiple methods of caffeination offered at the cottage; the kitchen was well equipped, and our beds were very comfy! Thanks again!

You can’t beat the location. We stayed here for three nights to see the east side of the Cabot Trail and hike. Easy walk around town to shops, restaurants and the market. Highwheeler Bakery had great pastries and he marked up a map for us. Lori checked in with us to see if everything was okay, which it was. Everything was clean and the place was adequately stocked. Parking right by the door is a plus. We would stay here again.

We had a great stay at 69 Union St! Kent’s place is very homey and was the perfect place to live in for a week in Sydney. The spot is well stocked with what you need — especially the kitchen! Really appreciated the warm cozy vibes along with the high beautiful ceilings. Highly recommend! Our group agreed it was one of the nicest air bnbs we’ve stayed in. Would definitely stay here again.

Cabot shores was an amazing family trip. The beach and the views are incredible. The live music was so much fun. Would recommend to anyone

If you are looking for a glamping experience without the hassle and work of hauling a camper, or gathering up all the camping gear, this is the perfect place to stay. All you need to do is bring food and yourselves. The camper is very clean and comfortable. There is a hot tub, and a big fire pit for roasting wieners and marshmallows, or whatever camp fire foods you like. Although it is close to their home, I felt safe and did not have to worry about bears. Also, Tracy was very helpful in showing me how to work the heat and the awning. I will be back for sure and I definitely recommend this place!

We really loved our off grid yurt and the peaceful surroundings. The beds were warm and comfortable and so quiet at night. The food was beyond excellent, Ella Dubinsky and crew were the perfect entertainment, and I loved the jam session at the end. I will be back again, and for much longer!

The Pine and the Cedar were amazing cottages to stay at with a group looking to relax!! The property and cottages are just as described and both very beautiful! The property was amazingly kept and very peaceful! We would definitely stay again!
