It offers accommodation for families and friends. It includes a living room, kitchenette, three bedrooms, two of which are equipped with double beds and one with two single beds. Each bedroom has a wardrobe, a comfortable armchair and a sink with a mirror. One of them has a couch with the option of an extra bed. The farm is surrounded by a garden with a large orchard and a massive linden tree.

The cottage is just for you, the food, the barrel, and other drinks you bring your own. The cottage has an equipped kitchen on the ground floor where there are basic spices so you don't have to drive the whole house :-). There is an outdoor pool, trampoline, swings, sandpit, children's toys. Weddings: for 50-80 people with an outdoor ceremony and seating area

The cottage is situated in the village of Budislav on the edge of the cottage area of Záskalí. Around the cottage is an open grassy area, near a stream. It is suitable for a family with a baby and older children. It is an ideal base for those who want to spend a holiday in a beautiful environment surrounded by nature and tranquility. The cottage for rent provides accommodation for 1 to 5 people in 2 bedrooms with a baby crib. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, grill, bed linen, towels, hair dryer, toiletries and cleaning supplies.

We built our mini house Pod Ořechy to maintain the maximum possible level of privacy and tranquility. It stands right next to a sheep enclosure and has a wonderful view of the forests and meadows. The cottage is small, but thoughtfully designed. It is located on a fenced property so that your four-legged pets can come with you. On the property you will also find a private Finnish wood-burning sauna with a romantic view, which you can use without restrictions. Inside you will find a comfortable bed, a full bathroom and a kitchenette.

Jeden pokoj s dvoulůžkovou postelí má samostatný vstup, i koupelnou. V druhé části je v podkroví ložnice pro 4 osoby, v přízemí je obývací prostor, vybavená kuchyňská linka, a rozkládací postel pro 2 osoby (plnohodnotná postel s matracemi), sloužící jako sedačka +koupelna.
