House vacation rentals in Sveti Vlas

The owners were really firendly and take a good care of us in every situtation. Strong recommendation!

Къщата е истинско съкровище. На снимките, дори не са посочени подробно всички удобства. Настаняването е самостоятелно, с ключ в сейф с код, собствено паркомясто пред къщата (постоянно си виждате колата), комплекса е затворен и с видеонаблюдение. С контролиран достъп (портиер с бариера на входа). Вилата е отделена от хотелската част и сред други вили, красиво и подредено. Басейна е само за ползването на вилата и е в задния двор на къщата. Има ограда 1,5м около вилата. Има абсолютно всичко необходимо за престой. В комплекса има супермаркет с всичко необходимо от козметика до храна и напитки. Има и бар при басейна на хотелския комплекс със страхотни коктейли. Вилата е подходяща, ако искате спокойствие и уединение. Просторна и удобна. Има много котки в комплекса. Гальовни, не са нахални, чистички са. Комуникацията с Алан беше безпроблемна. Всичко беше обяснено подробно. Тръгнахме си тъжни, защото ни се оставаше! Благодаря Ви, ще се върнем пак догодина с удоволствие.

We enjoyed a great stay at the villa .every thing was very much as described in the listing. The host was really helpful and always available.

Гарне розташування, близько до центру та близько до моря. Поряд магазинчик. Трошки заголосно з дороги, але відпочинку не заважає. Наявність двох ванних кімнат великий бонус! Кухня повністю укомплектована - холодильник, морозильна камера, духовка, плита, посудомийна та пральна машини. Чистий постіль та рушники. Помешкання було дуже чистим, коли ми приїхали. Дякую за гарний відпочинок.

The villa was spacious and nice, there was everything that you need. It also had a pool and a fireplace. It was 5 minutes to the beach and 2 minutes to the shop. There were many shops and restaurants in the area. The host was very nice and there were no problems.

Georgi's mom was very helpful and friendly. We checked in pretty late because of some issues we had on the way and she didn't have a problem with it, she was so helpful! The apartment has an amazing view and location. Also there is everything you need there! Would totally recommend. :)

We stayed at the Ravda Residence for one week as a group of 11 people, and our experience was exceptional. The co-host, Oleg, was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Anything we needed was either already available or promptly arranged by Oleg, demonstrating the hosts dedication to guest satisfaction. The house itself was spacious, clean, and modern—perfectly suited for accommodating a larger group. Although the property is typically intended for up to 10 guests, Oleg kindly arranged an additional bedroom to ensure everyone in our group was comfortable. The location was also ideal, with the beach just 100 meters away, making it easily accessible. The property offered numerous amenities, including bicycles, a sauna, and various recreational activities in the backyard. We especially appreciated the outdoor BBQ area, grill, and fireplace. Absolutely a fantastic spot looking over the ocean, everything needed was supplied excpet 1 thing, a kettle. Being a Brit a kettle is important, but we worked around that tiny thing. You can walk to many excellent resaurants in a couple of minutes and Old Nesebar is a beautiful place. The actual appartment was very clean and well presented with plenty of room for four adults. Overall an excellent visit and wouldn't hesitate to go again or recommend to anyone who wanted to have a superb base in old Nesebar.

A lovely rustic apartment above a pretty resturaunt in the heart of the old town. The highlight was definitely the balcony overlooking the bay with a fabulous view. Being above a resturaunt there is some mild background noise but nothing major and was always quiet in the later evenings. The island itself is mainly free of traffic and very quiet at night so you can enjoy the sounds of the waves! Also very handy for the fast ferry to Sozopol.

A beautiful place to rest and enjoy the Bulgarian seaside! The house was tastefully designed to take the guest away from the busy daytime in the city and provide a tranquil retreat. Add the pool and the starry nights and the vacation at the Yellow House becomes the perfect summer destination. All the hot spots in this part of the seaside are a quick drive away, including the beaches, restaurants, shops. We had a wonderful time and would definitely choose Manuela's house for our next visit to the Black Sea.
