The large double bed is 189x200cm. Small swimming lake with beach 5 mins/4km, and the magnificent Lac de Vassivière 25 kms. Good walks and cycle rides from the door on quiet lanes and paths amid rolling hills and woods. The living space has two sofas, a kitchen with dishwasher, and a dining area. Dogs welcome.

Come and enjoy the calm of the Limousin countryside in a pleasant little studio house. The accommodation includes a kitchenette, shower room, room with a 140 bed and dining area. The small house is heated with a wood burning stove. Guests can relax on the terrace. The property has a large garden. The house is 12 km from the A20 highway and 30 minutes from Limoges. For two-wheeled travelers (bicycles, motorcycles) I have a barn to shelter them.

Ideally located 10 min from Lake Bariousses, 15 min from Treignac and 30 min from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy tennis activities, walks in the forest or along the river, at no extra cost. You can also fish on the pond.
