Luxe two bedroom, two bathroom townhouse a short 50 meter walk from the stunning Gold Coast beach of Northcliffe. Walking distance from the vibrant shopping and restaurants of both Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach, but away from the noisy hustle and bustle. Private access to the Beach House’s courtyard is straight off the street - there is no lift needed to navigate whilst juggling your suitcases and surfboards. A fab stay at this centrally located and stylish apartment in 'Peninsula' resort, Surfers Paradise with incredible ocean views from Level 37. Literally across the road from the beach, and so close to everything Surfers Paradise has to offer. The tram is a couple of minutes walk allowing you to quickly get around the Coast, or if you are driving we have a dedicated carpark. *** Note foyer of resort is being renovated Sept - Dec 2025 but does not affect apartment enjoyment or use of facilities.
