Monthly Rentals in Surfers Paradise

The room was exactly as described with both ocean and city views. The kitchen was full equipped with complimentary coffee and tea. The room was a good size for either singles or couples. There was access to the facilities within the hotel and is in walking distance to Cavill Avenue and the beach.

beautiful place to stay at. everything is walking distance, it was a lot bigger then the photos. beautiful view and everything was so clean and neat. bed is super comfortable and the view from the bedroom is absolutely gorgeous. definitely will come back on my weekends off. thank you again

Beautiful apartment in a great location. Close to beach and easily accessible on the light rail. Everything as described. Clean, nicely furnished, amazing views. Jodie was a very responsive host and quick to respond. Could not recommend the apartment highly enough.

We had a fantastic stay at Pei's place. Pei provided really clear instructions for how to find the carpark and the apartment. The apartment was clean, modern and had everything you could want for a family holiday. We really appreciated all of the things that were provided for our baby, including high chair, cot, baby bath and toys. The location is fantastic, and the building has a coles supermarket, pharmacy and other shops at the bottom. We appreciated being so close to the beach and restaurants. The pools are lovely and we really enjoyed using the indoor heated pool. Pei was very responsive and contacted us back immediately when we had an issue, which was appreciated. You won't regret booking this apartment for a holiday, particularly with kids.
