Upstairs provides a light filled open plan living. The kitchen provides ample space with a floating bench top and peaceful dining area. Downstairs is a bathroom and three bedrooms. Guests have access to the resort pool, the tennis court and it is a 300m walk to the beach. There is no baby gate at the property for the internal stairs. We do not accept schoolies, pets or parties. Please note the BBQ is located on the grounds of the complex near the swimming pool and not at the condo itself.

It is located in the heart of Lorne with less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. Offering a self contained experience for a couple with sofa bed option. The apartment is part of the Cumberland Resort which includes a pool, gym, gardens and outdoor BBQ facilities. The dedicated onsite underground car space accommodates vehicles to 2.1 m high. This is a non-smoking apartment.

My house is located in a quiet street within walking distance to the city. We are close to a swimming pool down the street. There are 2 bedrooms each room consists of a queen size bed with private bathroom, located upstairs. There is another bathroom downstairs with a spa in it.So you can relax and have some quiet time. There is a full Kitchen to use and a dinning room and lounge area. There is also a little court yard out the back to sit out in the summer time with a nice glass of wine.

An indoor pool area features two connected swimming pools, one in a deep blue color for swimming and the other for relaxation purposes with spa features. Large glass doors provide natural light and an outdoor view, while tiled surfaces and caution signs indicate safety measures.

When you stay at this recently fully refurbished apartment you will be within easy walking distance to all Lorne has to offer, cafes, restaurants, boutiques, beach and much more. The apartment is part of the Cumberland Resort which includes a pool, gym, gardens, outdoor BBQ , tennis courts. Not only is Lorne a popular surfing spot it has amazing waterfall and rainforest walks. Nearby Teddy's lookout provides sweeping views over the coast.

Set close to the beach , this stunning light filled townhouse boasts panoramic 360 degree views from a magical roof top deck, 150m stroll to Fisherman's Beach and 600m to the busy shopping centre of Torquay, you couldn't ask for a better more central location. The first floor comprising open plan living , dining and kitchen with two generous bedrooms on ground level with spacious bathroom off the master and convenient ensuite off the second .
