Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Surabaya

This place was perfect for us. Gojek and transport is easy to sort and you can get to so many places in Old Town really easy. Fadi and his wife are such lovely hosts and came to welcome us. They looked after us so well and the accomodation is lovely. The room is clean and having a TV was amazing, the kitchen has everything so we could cook for ourselves.

Thank you, Felix, for providing such a nice place to stay. The house is spacious and comfortable, with a living room, dining table, and kitchen – everything we needed was there. There were also plenty of towels provided, which was very convenient. The staff was very polite and made check-in and check-out easy and smooth. However, although the house itself is nice, the maintenance could be improved. The small garden in front of the wall was overgrown with weeds, and one of the gate lights had fallen and was left unattended. There was no water heater, but it wasn’t a big issue for us – the water was pleasantly warm and refreshing, especially in Surabaya’s climate. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and with a little more care in upkeep, this place could be even better. Thanks again!

The place fits 2 people (1 bedroom). Adequate amount of amenities but of great qualities. Overall place is quite as it is quite far from city center. There are food nearby and online food delivery also cover the distance Wifi works well too. feels like home, what a pleasant trip Thanks!

House is clean, full AC, wifi, host is reachable. Worth the price. Enjoy our stay at Annisa's house.

I stayed there with my mother and my children. The house was cozy and located very near the swimming pool and playground. The house looked freshly built, kitchen had a portable stove, water cooker and few cooking tools and utensils but that is about it. There was no wifi and the lower ground has poor internet signal. The respond hour could be improved, but overal it was a great stay and worth the value.

We had a very pleasant stay and Ida is a fantastic host! She always responds quickly and gives clear answers. I recommend staying here!

Great place to stay in Surabaya, connected to one of the best malls in the city. It is an older property but it is clean and everything works fine, including AC. Would love to stay here again next time I’m in the city.

Our stay at SARE.Suites was wonderful The apartment was impeccably clean, The location was perfect for exploring the city, the host was helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here!

I stayed here for one night and found the accommodation to be very clean and comfortable, just as described. The place is well-maintained and in a great location. I had originally booked for 10 nights, but unfortunately had to cancel the rest of my stay due to some reason. I appreciated the host’s understanding and hope to return to stay longer in the future.

Had a lovely stay at Citra’s. The space is comfy enough for 2-3 adults despite not being that big. Love the water filter/dispenser! Makes things so convenient without having to boil water. The receptionists at the lobby are friendly and courteous. There’s a convenience store nearby just a short walk away handy for getting some food items and daily essentials. Also within walking distance are some eating places and cafes. Appreciate the welcome snacks and drinks!

Vicky responded super quickly and went to great lengths to provide us with the place to stay quite spontaneously. Arrived in Surabaya at midnight and yet check-in was super easy. In addition, we were offered a late check-out until 1 PM. Would stay again. Good price-performance ratio.

The place is comfortable and clean, very much in line with the description. Complete amenities and neatly arranged rooms, perfect for relaxing with family or friends. The view from the unit is also quite pleasant and adds to the calm impression during your stay. The host was very kind and welcoming, responsive to our questions and needs during our stay there. very comfortable, the bathroom is clean, the elevator is not too crowded, access to the lottemart and to the food court is very close just take the escalator, complete and very worth it.

Casaluca's room was clean and very accessible. We have no trouble checking in and finding the room ourselves. He also updated the change the room accordingly due to actions of previous tenants. Thank you very being very considerate and responsive!

The appartment has a complete amenities, very clean & in a perfect location. Christine is very responsive and helpfull. She even let me to stay longer in the appartmen as my flight still at 8:00 PM - Thanks a lot Christine :) I will definetly come back the next time I'm visiting my Family in Surabaya.

Lily’s place well located at west surabaya, easy to get around. Secure & easy parking facilities. Clean & safe, you can only go to the dedicated floor only if you have access card and the guard also politely refused to grant access without any key. Beautiful view from 35th floor, full glass panel wall in every room. Quite place to relax with fully equipped kitchen. Strong wifi & sufficient lighting. If there is anything that could be improved is the hot water supply but it was truly overcome with other good qualities that been provided. All & all its a good value 👍🙏
