Carolyn is just the best! Wonderful communication, gave us great recommendations for nearby coffee shops, lunch/dinner spots. Very communicative and made is feel right at home. Next time Im in Bend, I will be going right back!

We had an amazing time at this home—it was perfect for our stay! Everything was exactly as described (if not better). The house was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. The whole space felt welcoming. The location was ideal—close to everything we wanted to explore, yet quiet and peaceful when we wanted to relax. Communication with the host was seamless; they were responsive, helpful, and clearly cared about making our stay great. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Convenience and comfort just minutes from Old Mill District. Nice two bedroom home located within 10 minutes walk to the Old Mill District. Nice, private layout with a garage and hot tub. We were in town to ski/board for the weekend. Would definitely consider staying here again.

This Airbnb had hands down the best stocked and organized kitchen of any I've ever been to. It was easy to cook anything you wanted, we even baked a pie while we were there and there were all the right utensils, mixing bowls, etc that were needed. They provide spices even. I was so impressed! The house was spotless and had great amenities. The hot tub is wonderful to relax in at night.

We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed the easy access to the river trail and how quick the drive was to almost everything we were doing. Also loved how each room had a bathroom. When Peter noticed we had a baby, he made sure to tell us about the high chair and pack and play incase we needed it. Overall a wonderful stay!

Bend is a beautiful place to visit and enjoy local surroundings including Mt Bachelor skiing!

This is a lovely home & convenient to all of Bend. Walking distance to the river & path, as well as the Old Mill District with its restaurants, shops and a Sisters Coffee for your morning jolt of caffeine (can get VERY busy, especially on weekends). The home has everything you could want in terms of supplies--tons of appliances, dishes, spices & coffee in case you want to brew your own. Furniture was very comfortable. Beds were lovely. 3 full baths was a plus. Primary suite was quite large with a little desk nook (be forewarned that it is a little desk--my son could barely fit at it to do private calls). There is a work area downstairs, but it is open to the living room, so if you need privacy or quiet, it doesn't really work when others are present. Internet speed could use an upgrade. Appreciated the fact that it wasn't just a sterile short term rental. We felt the owners' personal touches, & it made it feel more like home. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect location, our favorite so far during all our stays at SR/Bend (we’ve rented 10+ different places here). Very easy for all ages to walk to the Village. Excellent layout for a family of 2 adults, 2 teens, and 2 seniors (who took the Queen Suite on the 1st floor. The steps to the main master (which has a king bed) made me nervous for my parents). The Queen room though had a tub that was hard for them to get into. No worries, they used the “kids” room/2 twins suite which had a shower, and also large jacuzzi tub. The Master upstairs has both as well, and the tub is huge! The TVs must have been replaced since the photos were taken and should maybe be updated in the listing- the TV in the living room is quite large. The kitchen and dining space served us very well although you will want to bring any oils, seasoning, and Saran/baggies etc if needed during your stay. Also bring shampoo and conditioner products; soap is provided. All very minor. We would for sure rent again! Thank you

Definitely one of the nicer places that I have stayed. This townhouse is on the upper end of quality and cleanliness, but at a very reasonable price. Neighborhood was very quiet and clean during my stay as well. Would gladly stay here again next time I am in town.

My family enjoyed a week-long stay here, and it was such a great place to stay! The bunk room was perfect for my kids, and it was nice to have a bed upstairs for my husband and I near the kids and another bed downstairs for my parents. We were all very comfortable and enjoyed many adventures in Sunriver and the surrounding areas!

Our stay was fantastic! Alan's home is in a perfect location—close to town and ideal for easy access to Mt. Bachelor, which made our annual snowboarding trip even better. The house was comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. We truly enjoyed our time here and would 100% stay again. Highly recommend!

Great location in Sunriver, easy walk to Village or Lodge. Beautiful building. The unit itself is spacious, comfortable, with great layout. Everything we needed was provided. We really loved this place and would be happy to come back.

what a beautiful house! live edge counter and eating table were gorgeous! an easy walk to a great walking trail. well appointed kitchen. Hosts were very helpful with great local recommendations and quick to respond. Heated bathroom floor was a treat. backyard bird feeders were teeming with birds. We wished we had a longer stay.

Great location. Reasonable price. Nice and clean. Will consider coming back for our next ski trip at Mt. Bachelor

Phil’s townhome in Bend was in a great location on the east side of Bend by Pilot Butte. We didn’t want to leave after staying for 5 nights. We’ve stayed at 10+ AirBnBs in Bend and this was an amazing stay. Would definitely stay here again next time for an extended stay!

Sue’s home is a wonderful vacation spot. The Deschutes river is just below and she has a spectacular view of it from her home. You can hear and see it from the windows and decks as well as awesome forest views. The place is classy and comfortable with natural surroundings. All amenities are there. Quiet with walking access to the Farewell Bend 3 mile river walk loop. Convenient to downtown and all outdoor activities. Easy to park and access to garage for outdoor equipment storage. We loved sitting on the decks and watching nature any time of the day or night.

Lovely view of the river with a nice walking/biking trail along the river. Great pool just steps away. Comfortable accommodations with everything we needed for our stay.

What a wonderful stay! Host was friendly/responsive! Location great for easy path walking to Sunriver Village! Very beautiful, spacious, clean, tidy, cozy, & comfortable. Really felt like home! Covered locked garage, washer/dryer, & cooking equipment much appreciated! Our stay was mid-November, so didn’t get to utilize bikes or outdoor pool. Hot tub still available. We loved the gas fireplace in the living room & jacuzzi tub! Apparently, the complex had an issue with the fireplaces during our stay, causing fireplace to work only about 3/4 of the entire stay. There was a 45-minute Internet outage one time. These were issues with the Stoneridge complex, not the host! DVD hint-Office can check HDMI connections in proper place if not working! Not every streaming app installed on living room TV-hopefully will be fixed (apparently can only be done by collective owners/not Stoneridge/guests). Overall, 10 out of 10, even with slight issues! Thank you, Crystal! Will stay again! We loved it!

I visit Bend often for both work and pleasure, and until now, I’ve struggled to find the perfect place to stay. Jordan’s townhome truly captures everything great about Bend and Central Oregon. First, the location is unbeatable — less than a minute’s walk to the Old Mill shops and just a 3-minute stroll to the amphitheater. A beautifully scenic paved path along the river takes you straight into downtown or to the west side’s shops and restaurants. Its central location also makes it incredibly easy to access Century Drive to Mt. Bachelor, the Cascade Lakes Highway, and the Bend Parkway — giving you fast, traffic-free access to everything Central Oregon has to offer. When they say “Best Location in Bend,” they really mean it. The home itself is spotless, well-stocked but uncluttered, and thoughtfully designed. Waking up to stunning views of the Cascades, the Old Mill District, and the river while enjoying coffee on the porch was a highlight. Beds are very comfortable and I will be back!
