The HMB villa is a beautiful property, exactly as shown in the pictures. The caretaker was extremely helpful and very responsive, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay. The house is beautifully designed and perfect for photography. With all major attractions close by, it's an ideal place for hosting get-togethers with friends and family. Highly recommended!

We had an absolute blast staying at this stunning property with my office colleagues! Spread across an acre of lush greenery, the property is a tranquil oasis that exceeded our expectations. The clean swimming pool was a highlight, and every spot on the property is picture perfect - we clicked countless photos to cherish the memories. The spacious rooms were comfortable, and the additional double bed provided was a thoughtful touch. The house was spotless, and the caretaker, Mr. Ramesh, was extremely polite, helpful, and caring throughout our stay. He ensured a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. Our host, Mr. Rajan, was prompt and delivered more than promised. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence shone through in every aspect of the property. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. The property is truly worth visiting, and we would definitely come back again. Felt like home, it was an wonderful stay, the view from the terrace is amazing, especially the hosts family was filled with hospitality .

The apartment exceeded our expectations. Ganesh's instructions were super clear. We checked in at 4AM and felt like home. There was always a supervisor in the building who helped us in everything we needed. Special thanks to Mr. Aleem who was extrmely friendly. There was also a cleaning service everyday..The maid even changed the bed sheets after every 3 days. The apartment is located in a walkable distace from the Grand mall. There is a mini supermarket and vegetable shop right outside. The only downside I felt is the smell of garbage that came from the locality in the evenings. But this is something that cannot be controlled. This was not an issue for us, since we closed all the balcony doors and windows during evenings. Overall, I higly recommend Ganesh's apartment to anyone looking for a short or long term stay.

We have stayed in other places in Mahabalipuram on many other occasions and this is by far the most modern accommodation in the area. The place was equipped with all-new features and facilities for long stays. It is easily walkable to the beach. The rooftop hot tub is a great bonus. Host was friendly and very cooperative.

Pros:The property looks exactly like the images — no surprises, which is rare and much appreciated. A dedicated computer table is available, making it ideal for remote work. The bedroom is equipped with a good air conditioner, making sleep comfortable even during warmer nights. Internet connectivity is available. I experienced a minor lag, but it was negligible. Suggestions for Improvement: Towels were not provided during my stay. Housekeeping service is not included, which was already clearly mentioned in the house rules by the host. Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness similar to how they would in their own homes. Guests are expected to keep the trash bin outside by 8 AM daily There is a "quiet hours" rule from 11 PM to 6 AM, during which the main gate remains locked. If you need access or expect deliveries during this time, you’ll need to contact the host. It’s important to read all the property rules in advance to avoid surprises
