Great location, just minute drive to Aeon Tebrau City, and 5 mins more to Mount Austin area. Place was private and cosy, great for big group gathering. All rooms comes with AC + wall fans, good for circulating air. Front porch can park 2 car at least. Comes with BBQ pit, but we did not get to use. Whole unit was newly renovated and brightly lit. Comes with mahjong table and some board games to entertain everyone of all ages. Karaoke system was fun!

The apartment was newly renovated with a smart home in design. We are impressed with the lightings in the house, electric curtains and kitchen appliances etc. In our opinion, this apartment would score perfect 10 if the projector tv just be a smart tv (unable to watch clearly under dim lighting, unlike tv - apps not user friendly) & the water purifier be easier to operate (no water - always prompt need to clean & top up). Having said that, it was not a complaint. We have a great time staying at the place. Recommended to all, especially family with kids.

Very happy and relaxing stay with our entire family of 12! Tons of places to eat + Grab, so didn’t bother with cooking at all… I would say the BBQ area will be a great place to host a party. Huge parking area and there is a security guard in the evening which makes us feel secure. Very nice and new and hope owner will keep up the good work!

Clean place with air purifier in each room. Clean bathroom. Only setback we were not aware that it doesn’t have towels. Luckily the host mention a day before and we are able to get disposable towels on the road.

The apartment was cosy and very clean. Has amenities that are suitable for kids if the family just want to chill in the house. Plenty of towels for everyone to use, linen was clean and smelled fresh. Host Vivian is extremely responsive to our queries and had been very helpful to ensure that we had a pleasant stay. Would book the same apartment again if I am traveling in a larger group.

A group of 7–8 of us stayed at this semi-D in Glenmarie Mount Austin for a business trip, and it worked out really well. The house is spacious, with large rooms and each bedroom having its own bathroom — very convenient for our group. The location is close to the Mount Austin business area, though expect a bit of morning traffic. The area is still developing, but there are plenty of food options around — no worries when it comes to meals! The parking space is generous and easily fit our cars. One small suggestion would be to install an auto gate for added convenience. Wi-Fi was decent, though slightly unstable at times, but good enough for work and casual use. The host responded quickly to help us with Netflix access and also acted fast when we needed extra bin bags and cleaning liquid. Overall, a clean, spacious, and well-located place with a responsive host. Definitely a solid option for business groups or families.
