Great decorated apartment in peaceful surroundings.

Bright and delicately decorated apartment. Built as a hotel suite, with living room, bedroom with kitchenette, large shower and bathroom. Here you can relax in a quiet and rural setting. There is a large double bed and a sprinkler bed. Risør, Kragerø and Tvedestrand are only 40 minutes away by car. In the summer you can visit some of Gjerstad's nice swimming areas such as Sandåkerhølen or Kleivvann. There is also a short distance for those who like cross-country skiing and at Gautefall you can ski downhill. Hunting terrain can be rented through Statskog

Boat is included, but bring your own life jackets. Free fishing for trout and perch. Good opportunities for berry and mushroom smoking. The cabin must be cleaned upon departure. New holiday home on Søndeled! Great location in quiet residential area with nice neighbors and views of Søndeled fjord. We have large patio with several seating areas around the house and barbecue available. Endless with hiking areas in beautiful southern nature just outside the door. Cozy community with convenience stores in 10 minutes walk from the house. A perfect holiday home in the heart of Sørlandet- 30 min from Kragerø and 20 min from Risør Electricity is added. Recharge at idyllic Hjartinn. Sofa bed can be turned out for two. Access to patios garden. BBQ, water boiler, Nespresso machine and mini fridge. Outhouse with washbasin (ventilated snurredo). Swimming can be done in a nearby pond (a few minutes walk, 2 min bike) or at Søndeledtunet. Badebrygge. Kiwi (supermarket) and Chinese restaurant with outdoor seating can be found and at Tunet. Ellie the dog lives in the house and I therefore do not accept other animals unfortunately.

This is a brewery house from 1646, renovated in summer 2020. The house consists of a main room with a cozy living room and a brand new kitchen and well as a bathroom. On the loft there is a new double bed. Firewood free for own consumption (must pick up yourself in garage / woodshed). You can clean out of the apartment yourself or order cleaning (550kr). There are duvets and pillows in the beds, but bed linen must be rented outside for kr. 75 per set. Not sleeping bags.

Risør city center about 7 min walking time. Swimming area about 10 min walking time. There is toilet and called water only. (No shower in apartment, but Outdoor shower is available.) (3 beds and the possibility that another one sleeps on the sofa.) Bed linen is not included.

Cozy boat house in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boat arch is located right on the seafront, with access to private jetty, kayaks and garden/garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. Bua best suited for 2 people to stay for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people( 1 + 2) from June-October.
