This is the highest of the two Microhouses in Solbakken, where they are both located in the surroundings of animals and art. Gallery Solbakkestova with its beautiful sculpture garden is located just next to the house. Goats graze in front, and you can see alpacas on the other side. The house is located in a rural area, but is close to the city center and bus. Walking and cycling paths pass by, and the hiking trail up to Liafjellet is close by.

Welcome to a real log house, which is built after many hundred year old building desks in Norway. The house has modern facilities on a flat. You will have lovely bed linen, lots of pillows and lots of soft towels. The walls are logs and all floors are solid wood pine floor with heating cables. One to one and a half hours by speed passenger ferry from Strandkaiterminalen, Bergen. Or from Flesland Airport, 15 min bus/taxi to Flesland quay, and 40 min to Møkster. The flat is situated a 15-minute walk from Møkster harbour 1.2 km. You will find a good modern grocery store at the harbour. You cannot bring your car to the island.

You will have full access to the whole downstairs apartment of 125m2 in total. 3 bedrooms and a large living room stands at your disposal. Outside you have your own private backyard with lots of outdoor games. From the pier you can fish, rent boat or swim. There is a 98l freezer box where you can store the fish you catch or any other food. Through our boat rental company, we are a lisenced fish camp. This means you can export up to 18kg of fish per fisherman with you out of Norway.
