Cozy cabin on a two acre lot, located by Lake Sunapee and just five minutes away from Sunapee ski resort and state beach. There is a deli at the beginning of the road, where you can get prepared meals, lunch, snacks, ice cream, desserts, coffee, breakfast and more. Within four miles you have multiple restaurants, ski resort, spa, Sunapee State park, a playground, antique shop, hiking trails and beaches. I will have a welcome binder when you arrive with local recommendations and menus.
“Kim’s place is very cozy and comfortable. It is set in a very pretty spot where you can sit on the back porch and enjoy a drink while feeling like you are in a treehouse. The beds are comfortable and the shower worked great. We used the grill to cook our dinners. We relaxed in the living room after dinner and watched tv on the comfortable couch. House was clean and we had everything in the kitchen we needed to cook our meals. Excellent communication before and during our stay. I would definitely stay here again if I plan I’m staying in this area. M T Lyons”

“Wow where do we even begin, this place is magical and no one would have ever expected that this treehouse was tucked away in Newbury, NH. This place is always going to hold a dear place in our hearts as we had decided to take a trip up here to exchange our wedding vows. We were looking to get away from the world and to just be alone with one another. Every morning when we woke up, we were greeted by the sun rising over Mt. Kearsage. The birds chirping, and peaceful rattles of the leaves. The outhouse is the gorgeous- YUP we said it, it has a huge open window that makes you feel as if you are almost in a green house. The details of the treehouse was undeniably one of the most thought out homes I’ve ever seen, the detail on the siding all the way to the painted roof hanging over the deck. The host will provide you with a cooler, gas stove to cook on the deck, firewood if you want to cook in the pit, a bottle of water, bug spray, and much more than you would expect! We had the honor of meeting the host Allie and Mike, and they could not be any more sweeter than they were! We felt so safe being on their property and we knew that if we needed anything at all they were a text and a stone toss away. We are eager for our chance to stay at this treehouse again and create more beautiful memories.”
I live on a country dirt road in a 100+ year old New Hampshire farm house less than 5 miles from Mt Sunapee skiing and state beach. My guest accommodations feature a large private bedroom, private bath, and long private covered porch complete with rocking chairs. Guest quarts are separated from main house by shared entry with locking doors to each. Features a lovely view of the back side of Mt Sunapee, with nature pond and animals. Well-behaved and housebroken dogs on leash are considered.
“Heidi’s place is really nice to spend few days in. The deck has an amazing view and it’s bigger than you can imagine with the pics! The bed is really comfy and the bathroom has everything you need. Heidi is really responsive. 10mn from the beach and the lake. We were lucky enough to see deers, blue heron and wild turkeys in the garden in addition to the bunnies and goats which live there! We highly recommend the place !”
