Staying at a working farm was truly a great time. Just far enough from town to be peaceful without feeling too isolated.

Lone Wolf Lodge - in Wallowa-Whitman Nat'l Forest

WilliamRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Very comfortable, and peaceful home. Veronica's communication was on point. I also appreciated being allowed to check-in early. We found the Lone Wolf Lodge extremely neat and clean. The kitchen is large and well-stocked with all the essentials (bonus - iron skillet!) Although there was some traffic along the road near the house, it still felt like a very private location. Quiet and peaceful vibes. It was the perfect location for relaxing and unwinding. My only negative comment would be that we did not get to stay long enough. Hopefully we can stay for more than one night sometime soon! Thank you for providing such a wonderful place!

Cheerful historic home in Baker City

MarionRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Mari’s place feels like a family home—lots of space for being together (and a great stock of games readily available). And because it sleeps 7, there is space to get away by yourself. The kitchen is well equipped to handle a family of cooks. My granddaughter was able to walk to the bakery Mari had recommended, and got to see some of historic Baker City on her own. We felt welcome and comfortable, thanks to our host!

Good Bear Ranch House Retreat

PaulaRating, 5 stars8 months ago
This was a great quiet place for our group. The views were wonderful, nice outdoor seating area for all. The house was clean and was a great size. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of supplies and linens. Listing does state 3.5 bath but really is a 3 bath, we did not find four toilets, but was not a deal breaker.

Powder River Bungalow

BeckyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Two big things stand out for this home. 1- the backyard is phenomenal. There’s a fenced in area that was perfect for our pups, who also had a blast trying to be friends with the chickens next door. Beyond the gate, there’s a beautiful walking trail along side a creek. It was a fantastic way to relax. My teen fell in love with the hammock. 2- numerous restaurant locations within walking distance were provided. We walked to Latitude 45 for a really tasty meal and had a pleasant walk back. The home is an older home with all of the creative layout designs of that period, which can seem awkward to those not used to it. However, all of the modern amenities are there: high speed WiFi, bidet, AC, heat, and TV.

Glamping with a view, Queen Cabin

CatieRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
I loved this glamping experience! It’s clear Elisha put a lot of care into setting up this space, from the minimal (but tasteful!) decor, to the well-marked pathway and the mini soaps in the shower area. The view was stunning and it was a great place to birdwatch.
A collection of packaged firewood is shown resting inside a large trash bin. The firewood is labeled with branding details and suggestions for use, featuring both English and French text. A few discarded flyers or wrappers are also visible in the bin.
