The cottage consists of two separate apartments, which are entered from a common vestibule equipped with a ski room. Each apartment can comfortably accommodate 10 guests. The RELAX apartment is equipped with a Finnish sauna. Apartment FUN has a large 45 m2 game room (ping-pong, darts, X-box 2020). Through this game room, both apartments can be connected to create a whole where both children and adult guests can enjoy themselves. The game room can be converted into a training room.

The house is located a short distance from the train station and the Kouty ski resort, where there is a restaurant, pizzeria and bowling. We offer discounted conditions for skiing and free ski bus. Branná is a town in the Jeseníky Mountains with a rich cultural and leisure area (up to 300m from the accommodation): wellness center Kolštejn, bowling, 2 ski lifts, chairlift, Kolštejn castle, rope center... There are also training climbing paths, educational trail Pasák or microbrewery Traveler. Nearby is also the main ridge of the Jeseníky Mountains and the thermal bath in Velké Losiny. (We prefer to check in from Friday to Sunday, on the following days - individually according to the agreement.)

The apartment house by the trails offers two separate apartments A and B. Each makes up half of the house and is completely separate, including its own entrance. Spacious 4+kk apartment with a total capacity of up to 12 beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, toaster) The bathroom is spacious with a shower and a bathtub. The toilet is separate. The living room has a smart TV, DVD player, games, and a desk. The heating is gas, or you have the option of heating in the stove located in the kitchen. Apartment 4+kk has two entrances – to the garden and one to the shared reception.

Krásná, dobře vybavená chata leží ve známém lyžařském a turistickém středisku Filipovice, přímo pod hlavním hřebenem Jeseníků. Chata se nachází na okraji lesa, v klidném a tichém prostředí. Ve vzdálenosti 150m jsou sjezdovky s umělým zasněžováním, možností večerního lyžování, s lanovkou - dvousedačkou (900m). Je zde půjčovna lyží a lyžařská škola.
