Monthly Rentals in Sumneytown

We stayed at Traci's place for the entire month of May. It was the perfect home away from home. Plenty of space, very clean and all the necessary amenities. There are restaurants nearby and the lovely Brakemans cafe adjacent to the property open for breakfast and lunch. Highly recommend for short term or longer term stays. We will be back and hope to see the beautiful Magnolia tree in bloom!

Amazing place on beautiful property. Host was extremely accommodating, and easy to contact. Temperature in the space was perfect, WiFi signal was strong, very clean, kitchen and bath was well stocked. Wish we weren’t there for work and could’ve explored the area more. We passed absolutely gorgeous fishing areas and parks on the way to work. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back. Thanks for everything Dan.

We were in town visiting relatives nearby. This is not our first time staying here and plan to return if available during our next dates of travel. This place is perfect for us. The bathroom is spotless, comfortable bed, reasonably priced, quiet building, easy access via keypad - really enjoyed watching Netflix too.
