Filled with antiques and refurbished furniture, pianos, and organs. This is our third cabin we have installed on our four acre property. There is an exclusive 6 person hot tub off the veranda and the sauna is only steps away.

We have just added a new heat pump. We offer a 700sq ft loft, it has a new kitchen, new stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans etc. New hardwood flooring throughout loft and ceramic in the bathroom. I bedroom with a queen size bed. A double bed tucked away and a single cot. A newly renovated 4 piece bathroom. A living room with 2 love seat a chair end tables and television. We have added a water cooler and bottled water. We’re 3 minutes from Aboiteau beach.

Fully functional kitchen with efficient tiny home appliances, full bath with corner shower, a Queen bed with a twin above it in the upper container and a twin on the main level. Three decks, two are rooftops. Hot tub is only operational from Sept - June, NOT July and August unless requested in advance.

Waterview and walking trail from your back deck. 10 minutes to Gateway village in Borden-Carleton and 10 minutes to Victoria by the Sea where you will find many restaurants and local artisan shops. Art Box Studio presents its beautiful industrial style, cozy guest-house for a romantic escape or a family-friendly holiday on a beautiful country farm. Enjoy the divine stary sky on clear nights. The house can sleep 4-6 if needed, with two pull-out couches in the main lounge and a luxury king bed in the upper master suite. We are also a ten-minute walk from a quiet red sand beach.
