Great airbnb! Host was so responsive and the place was so good, Pretty quiet neighborhood, lots amenities including a big tv, iron etc etc, there were also some snacks which was a great touch, will definitely comeback!

Perfect size for 1 or 2 people. King size bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed to cook. Having a washer and dryer is handy. The location is near shopping, restaurants and the "Strip", but, most important you are near all the highways. My stay was peaceful was able to walk the ten minutes to the neighborhood park and walk or watch youth baseball games. Carmen was quick to respond when I was unable to access the internet (my fault).

We definitely enjoyed our stay at Paul's place....the neighborhood was great, it was quiet and lots of stores and restaurants in driving distance. It was not far from Fremont St. Paul was very responsive whenever I had any questions. The back yard and pool area was great. I would absolutely stay again !!!! Thank you so much Paul!

I Want to thank Ari, she is absolutely an amazing hosts. Very Responsive and her instructions were very clear. This home is so beautiful, me and my children wished we could’ve stayed longer. Very nice heat warming pool and spa. The gas grill was easy to operate. This home have all the amenities that you need and want. Local stores in the surrounding area less than 10 mins away and also Red Rock Casino is less than 10 mins away. This was absolutely a fun trip I enjoyed with my family and any issues I had Ari was quick to respond and help resolve any issues. I will definitely be coming back again and rebook with Ari. Thank you! Soooo much Ari for a wonderful stay.

We decided to not stay on the strip this time and stayed here instead for 5 nights. We enjoyed it very much. Was much better having normal price restaurants to eat at which were right down the street. The few times we did go downtown it was only a $20 Lyft ride each way or we took the rental car. Went to Red Rock Canyon twice, which was only about 15 minutes away. Red Rock Casino let's you buy a pool day pass for $30. Overall a much more relaxing stay compared to the strip. The house was very clean and had all the basic amenities. Would stay again.

La résidence se trouve à 5 mn en voiture du Strip en ligne droite. Vous arriverez directement devant les casinos Bellagio et Ceasar Palace! Si vous repartez ensuite vers Death Valley, vous serez au bon endroit pour quitter Vegas. Très bon accueil de Vannara et elle sera à votre écoute si vous avez besoin. Elle parle Français, un atout supplémentaire. Je reviendrais volontiers dans cette location.

I did not know that this was a duplex when I booked. I was a little worried at first but I didn’t even notice the people on the other side. The home was gorgeous and looked brand new, my kids had a wonderful time.

Our expectations were exceeded! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Las Vegas. The location is simply perfect, quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to the Strip to reach all the city’s highlights within minutes. The house itself is stylishly decorated with great attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and right at home. We were especially impressed by the spacious and impeccably clean swimming pool, a true oasis of relaxation after a day full of adventures in the city. Everything was spotless, from the comfortable beds to the well-equipped kitchen. We truly enjoyed every minute and sincerely hope to come back soon. Many thanks to the wonderful hosts for this unforgettable experience!

Great place to stay! Very comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. The house is located about 15 minutes from the strip and about 10 minutes from downtown, so it was very convenient and easy to get around. Art was a wonderful host. VERY responsive and helpful. Would definitely book again.

Don’t look any further, this is the place to rent! We had the best time at John’s perfect home! It’s remodeled beautifully and with wide open areas. The backyard and pool, waterfall, grill,table, lounge chairs and fire pit etc set up is the best ever! There are two family areas one upstairs with fuse ball and arcade games and one downstairs with a huge comfortable couch. We all had a spot on it! The tvs are huge too. Nice big comfy beds with extra pillows and linens and blankets. The kitchen completely equipped and very nice too. Washer and dryer etc… primary bedroom bath has a big jacuzzi jet bath tub that was a nice surprise. They had pool towels rolled up for us outside and it felt like a resort welcome. Thank you John! We wanted to stay at least another several days but they were booked for the rest of the month! I see why! Perfect Airbnb experience from beginning to end.

The moment I stepped into the condo I said, I want a place like this. It was spacious, clean, & comfortable. It’s perfect! The neighbor hood was quiet. There are many restaurants & stores near by. The condo is located 20 minutes away from the Las Vegas strip. We look forward to staying at the condo again. Also, Allan is so easy to communicate with.

Tony's place was clean and tidy and in a great location. He was always fast with responding and check in was easy. Great experience overall!

William was a great host he gave awesome instruction on how to enter, the location of things, he explained what to do if the guards wasn’t at the gate, he sent instructions on how to get hot water lol lol (🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️) thank you William

I come to Vegas pretty often for work and stay at this complex almost every time I visit. I've stayed in four separate places in the complex and this one is in my top two! Super clean. very quiet, really easy to get to and very easy space to stay at (great amenities, comfortable space!). Mariel was VERY responsive to my questions (and I had a few!), this was such an enjoyable space to stay. Thank you so much for your help with everything and being so patient with me. This spot is really a gem! 💎

Was a great peaceful stay, close to everywhere we went to. Will was very nice and very responsive. There was one issue with the bathroom but he let us know about it ahead of time and did not bother us at all. A great host!

Privacy, privacy, privacy. Beautiful gated community within driving distance of any necessity you could possibly desire. Not right on top of the casino life but close enough to satisfy any Vegas vice you desire. Didn’t want to leave. 😎

Apollo's place was a perfect stay for my wife and I while in Vegas. It was a private/quiet neighborhood that is tucked away but still a 5-10 min drive from the strip and the fun. The place was super clean and comfortable. It also had all of the wifi, netflix, and streaming you you want. Highly recommened as sometimes it's hard to find a quiet nice place in Vegas. Apollo was also incredibly responsive and super nice/flexible host!

Joel has an amazing place in Las vegas. When we walked in to the house, it makes us feel like a cozy home. The unit is located in a gated community. We feel safe to stay here since there is security driving around the community daily. Joel also provides snacks as well as bottles water. It was very hot during the time we visited, and found that so nice to have cool bottle water inside the fridge. The unit provided laundry machine, so we can wash our clothes during the stay. ( detergent and drying sheets are provided as well) We will definitely stay here again when we back in town.
