We just loved our stay. The cabin was extremely clean and cozy. We were sad to leave. The bathrooms were very very clean and the showers were nice and hot. I would recommend this to others and I will be back again for sure

Kate's place was and is absolutely amazing. The property is pristine and beautiful. It's even better than the descriptions say!! I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to unwind and relax. The hot tub was a great way to end the day under a sky full of stars. The fire pit, hammocks, and kayaks were also a bonus and very inviting. I wish that our stay at Kate's place would've lasted forever. I also recommend staying for more than one night, as one night will just leave you wanting more.(FIVE) STARS ALL THE WAY!

It' s the second time we stayed at Lori's place, because we liked it the first time back in 2022. Lori’s place is walking distance (via the Confederation Trail) from a grocery store, a pharmacy, a summer public pool and the Haunted Mansion. My kids are crazy about the Haunted Mansion, and the tickets are good for the whole day, so it was very convenient to go the in the morning, then take a break and come back in the evening. The place has a huge lawn so my son who is into butterflies and other insects could have his fun. The place is 15 min away from Carr’s Oysters bar (yum!), 20-30 min from comfy sandy beaches (Cavendish and Brackley) and 40 min from one of the Bottle villages.  Communication with Lori was excellent, she responded very quickly and provided everything we needed. Check in and check out is very easy. I would stay with Lori again!

This is a comfortable little apartment with a very well-supplied kitchen. Leona and Justin were very hospitable; she met me when I arrived and later offered a bowl of yummy homemade chowder and bread. It's a quiet area on a side road and centrally located; good place to land when you come off the bridge after a long drive. Like another guest I had trouble with the cigar smoke from the garage/man-cave below, but they addressed this when I mentioned it -- appreciated. The memory-foam mattress is -very- warm. There's even a washer & dryer. Everything was really clean too. I'd look them up if I needed to stay in the area again.

Great family stay at the cottage! The bedroom setup was great, especially with a little one and it was very cozy to have the open space for family meals. If you have kiddos on the move, bring a gate because there is a set of stairs that go down to the laundry room. Location is so close to the entire island and very accessible to get mostly anywhere. Angela was always responsive to any questions and we will definitely be recommending others to stay here as well!

We have spend three nights at the cottage and had a great time! Everything from the contact to Grant, to the surrounding, the cleanliness and price-performance ratio was amazing. Especially the hosts were extremely welcoming, helpful and friendly. We gladly recommend the place!

Lexi's house is beautifully situated on the river among a quiet and peaceful small group of friendly neighbors. The house is beautifully appointed and has all the necessities. In the morning, the sunlight floods the main floor with natural light. And at night you can turn out the lights for magnificent stargazing. The location is very convenient for Cavendish attractions, or for jumping off to points West on the island. Several great restaurants are a 5-10 minute drive away.

Our extended family of 8 were disappointed to to leave Blue Heron as it is a home and location that could be grand central for our day-to-day family lifestyle. Jeff and Anita offer an exceptionally clean and fully provisioned home that works in any maritime weather. The high standard of cleanliness, generous inventory of spices, coffee and consumables, high quality of linens and textiles encouraged us to respect and care for the house as if it was our own. The television and sound systems are up to date and the internet service very reliable. When not relaxing after dinners, we kayaked, walked the fields, and roasted marshmallows over an open backyard fire-pit. We all slept well in comfortably spacious bedrooms with plenty of storage space and privacy. The sunroom off the primary main floor bedroom was perfect for morning coffee and reading. We left some prescriptions behind and Jeff kindly mailed them to us. This was a thoughtful and extraordinary effort. Thank you Jeff and Anita!
