House vacation rentals in Sumiyoshi Ward

Bel appartement, assez bien situé et bien arrangé ! Le baignoire extérieur est un plus appréciable ! Le logement est très bien agencé mais il est un peu plus petit que sur les photos. Nous recommandons !!

The home is lovely and spacious, and we enjoyed spreading out after all of the cramped hotel rooms in Tokyo. Taxis had a difficult time finding the site, but it is very close to a train station, as another plus. If you are coming to Osaka for the World Expo or Universal Studios, be aware that your travel visa public transportation is approximately 1.5 hours each way to these sites. Bruce is very responsive and a wonderful host, and we felt welcomed during our enjoyable stay. As a family group, the house was perfect for our needs.

Previously booked this airbnb after a friend booked a similar airbnb next door to the current one last year when i came to Osaka. Really convenient and good pricing for an airbnb as its a few minutes walk from Shin-Osaka Station. Overall a good experience too since they have amenities which are able to accommodate the trip for me and my friends and a host which is responsive and friendly to our needs

Wonderful place to stay with family

便利な場所で奈良を楽しめました。 家具や食器などもとてもいいものが揃えられ、すばらしい滞在となりました。ありがとうございました。

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans le logement de Sia. Il y a tout le confort nécessaire pur passer un agréable moment. L’appartement est spacieux ce qui est un luxe rare au Japon ! Joliment décoré avec plusieurs produits à disposition (rasoir, cotons tiges, peignes, shampooing, savon…) Vous avez juste à poser vos valises et profiter de la ville. Très bien placé, à 2 min du métro et à proximité des commerces. Sia est très réactive si besoin. Le seul dérangement est le bruit. Les murs sont très fins mais j’avais prévu des bouchons d’oreille donc ce n’est qu’un détail. Je recommande, et reviendrai sans hésité. Merci encore

Tatsu’s place was very beautiful and modern. It was very spacious and had everything you could possibly need! Tatsu was also very friendly! We look forward to staying there again. Highly recommended ❤️

Will’s place was by far our favorite in Japan! The location was perfect, super close to the train, restaurants and grocery store. Will even went out of his way to check us in himself and give us a tour which we really appreciated, he even stocked the fridge with some welcome treats! The house has everything you need all you have to do is bring your clothes. It was the cleanest place we stayed in which is important for us because we were traveling with kids. Thank you Will for an amazing stay and we look forward to booking your home again :)

It was very spacious for our party of 11. Having the three showers and toilets were the best part of this location, since we were able to get moving without much waiting time. Good location to get to train station, many shops, stores and restaurants in the area. All beds were comfortable and great water pressure. We would definitely book again if we are in the area.

This one didn't have a review, so I had a hard time choosing it, but I chose it after reading reviews from other spaces run by Tom. I came here to see the Osaka Expo with my friends who majored in architecture, and in the end, everyone was very satisfied. The space was great with the combination of tradition and modernity, and was well prepared with bedding and towels to use. I was very satisfied with my friends who usually prefer to sleep in luxury hotels, those who prefer to sleep in bnb with strong regional characteristics, and those who are interested in interior design. Also, the area has a lot of things to see (the market seems like Koreatown, so it's not a big interest for Koreans like us) and it's convenient to move around the city. However, if the stairs are going up and down with socks on, it's bit slippery. So I don't recommend it if you have children. All the other guests will have the best experience ever.

We hit the jackpot with this stay! honestly book now before she raises the price as she easily could. absolutely beautiful home accurately described. great communication from The Host from the local guide to labeling all of the buttons on the appliances and light switches in English so it was easy to figure everything out. not only that but it's beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. Kiki was so nice on positive and made us feel very very welcome. snatched this one up quick!

Beautifully renovated accommodation that felt like brand new. Very comfortable with clear and great English translations provided. Close to the station and Family Mart/restaurants. Thank you for a fabulous stay!!

非常好的体验，房东热情耐心，在入住前对于我的提问迅速回复。入住当天一切顺利，房间干净整洁舒适，一应俱全，床和枕头干净柔软。晚上周围安静没有噪音。附近设施齐全，便利店餐厅都营业到很晚，离车站也很近。以及感谢房东为我们准备的饮料零食，期待下次来玩。

Otto-san is really friendly and helpful. His accommodation has everything you might possibly need for your stay. Being on the main line from Kansai Airport will make your first day an easy transition to Japan, especially if its your first time. The location is a big plus as transferring to other train lines is a breeze, just up or back a couple of stations. You really do not want to be dragging luggage around central Osaka and taking various train lines to get to your accommodation. We have lived in Osaka previously and we will definitely be returning to Otto-sans place. Ps Beds are super comfortable! Had great sleeps. Very private and quiet. Recommend! PS Get yourself a ICOCA card!

The house was clean and walking distance to train station.

The accomodation was fabulous. Absolutely amazing. We loved the property and the stay was very comfortable. Banri helped us with a lot of recommendations, he was very helpful. The accomodation had all the amenities and it was quite spacious, our 20 months old son enjoyed the stay . The small things, furniture, show pieces made it even more special. Highly recommended.

Really had a wonderful stay in Jade Lao's house. Everything was provided and we weren't wanting for anything. I would have no hesitation in recommending this accomodation and would certainly go back.
