Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Sukasada

My stay at Putu’s place was amazing. The apartment is within a homestay and I felt part of his family. They were always watching out if I felt right. The place is silent, beautiful, clean, with all the essence of a local balinesse home. Pictures show a modest place while the stay is new, clean and spotless. I felt serene, welcome and priviledged. Ps. I tried to stay longer but it was booked :(

Lovely house overlooking a rice terrace and small private garden including a koi pond and Bali hut. Each bedroom had its own large bathroom and are separated by a full kitchen where Putu cooked us delicious breakfast each morning. It’s short walk down the beach, and you can walk to Balian Beach at low tide. Wayan can also organise a scooter for you to hire. Backs onto the main road so unfortunately a little noisy with traffic, but otherwise we loved staying there.

I was pleasantly surprised for the price point. There was bike traffic that could be heard, but overall it was MUCH quieter than I expected for a stay in the city. Walking distance to many great restaurants and central Ubud. And the pool was clean and perfect temperature for cooling off after a day of exploring! And the light kimono robes they provide are very soft and comfy. The laundry service is also convenient and reasonable cost. As a (female) solo travel I felt safe staying here. It felt secure, and I appreciated that there was always someone at the front office; they also seemed to keep track of their guests comings and goings with friendly greetings. One day I left very early for a tour and didn't order breakfast, and I guess later in the morning they weren't sure if I was there or not and I recieved a text from them, just checking in. They apologized for disturbing me, but I appreciated that they took the time. I look forward to coming back!

My family of 4 with 2 young kids stayed for two full months and Dewa and the whole staff treated us like family. On several occasions Dewa went way out of his way to help us and made sure we had everything we needed to have the best stay. We rented a fence to go around the pool to make it safer for the kids cost around $100 cad/month. Dewa set us up with scooter rentals and they were there ready on our arrival. The cleaning ladies were so sweet with my kids and not having to clean was a highlight of my trip. They also provided all the drinking water. The area has one nice restaurant within about 5 min walk through the rice fields and another 10 mins along the busy road. Was very happy over all and would recommend.

The Paya Paya Villa was the perfect accommodation for our adult family's annual holiday (four pairs of adults). Each couple had their own well appointed beautiful bedroom and ensuite giving them their own space within the Villa whilst the outside area and open living room allowed us all to come together for meals, card games, massages and drinks by the pool. The Villa is exactly as described and the images do not express the peaceful feel and generous proportions of the home. The location was central to a diverse range of restaurants (recommend Lilo Indonesian Comfort Food & the Italian Restaurant); medical/pharmacy; "corner" store; and walking/scooter distance from Seminyak shopping district, the beach and Potato Heads. The Villa staff, Arie, Made, Yulis, Made and Ketut allowed us to easily enjoy what Bali had to offer and made our stay so memorable. We cannot thank them enough for all they did for us. It was very difficult to leave such an incredible country and people.

Wow and Wow, This was absolutely one of the best places On Airbnb I have ever stayed. David was on point for everything we needed, he went above and beyond we were so thankful for David's help. I would recommend this place 10x times over. The pictures do not give it justice, it looks better in person. I will definitely stay here again if ever in Bali.

Besides having the absolute best and most comfortable bed out of any Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at, the place is so cute and cozy. The out door layout of the kitchen/patio makes the place feel really big. Walkable location to downtown Ubud, overall the place is perfect for long and short term stays. The hosts are also so kind and responsive, they brought me fresh fruit twice which was completely unexpected and appreciated . I would be back in a heart beat.

This bright, modern apartment was built in 2020. In a super good location in Seminyak, it’s still quite quiet but also within walking distance to many things. The bed was perhaps the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. Wow! We slept like dead people, also because of the blackout curtains. Nice work! Shower was also great. Huge TV, huge bathtub outside with jets (although not enough hot water to fill it). Very friendly and responsive staff. Gym right below the unit, which is a nice touch. The one weird thing is that the bathroom door is glass, so there is limited privacy for anyone using it. This is not the “authentic” Bali experience but it is super comfortable and well priced. We could live here long term!

Had the best time at AIR. The apartment is so much bigger than expected and really comfortable. The location is great for the centre of Ubud while being out of the way enough to also be quiet. But by far the best thing was the interaction with other guests and the community vibe AIR has - breakfast conversations and evening hang outs (while feeling totally at ease being able to have my own space when needed). Whether you’re a creative or not, this place felt so welcoming.

This was our second time staying here. It’s fantastic to be able to use the resort restaurants etc but still have your own space. You can call a buggy to take you anywhere in the resort, which is really convenient. The best part is the pool! We spent hours in the pool everyday. The rooms are huge and spacious - bigger and nicer in real life than the photos. This is a great place to stay if you’re happy spending most of your time in the apartment and exploring the resort. It’s easy to get grab orders or use the kitchen to prepare food. The staff were responsive and helped us arrange a pool fence, cot for our little one etc. They also were quick to resolve any issues etc. Very friendly. We’d highly recommend this place for a lovely relaxing stay.

Nyoman is a very caring and cool host. I came to Ubud for the first time, but I was so happy. He cleaned right away and accepted feedback right away. And he always tried to communicate with me and gave me a lot of information. He’s a very honest man to know. There will be good accommodation and delicious food. I’ll be back next year. Great villa for a short stay in Sanur. Close to Sanur Beach and lots of restaurants. Though you are right in Sanur the villa was very quiet. Rooms clean and spacious with good linen and towels. Separate kitchen and fridge great for being able to have a drink around the pool. Good value for money and would stay again.

5 couples. Superb time had by all. There was ample space indoors and out to keep everyone happy. The team was helpful, kind, always there in a quiet way, happy to book taxis, pick up groceries - they made our stay super special. The walking distance to the beach, restaurants and bars was a real plus - one of the best we have had in Seminyak. Cleanliness was excellent, with early morning relief as we found a perfectly clean house ready for the new day - even after a birthday celebration! Would recommend and stay here again. Made was a great host and his villa is beautiful. The pool is big and clean and the villa is only a short walking distance from Ubud centre and some great restaurants (Brie and La Luz were our favourites). Made was always available to help and drove us on multiple occasions for a fair price. Highly recommend staying in Made's Villa!

Geweldig verblijf. Prachtig uitzicht en geweldig zwembad vooral. Contact met huis manager was top en de schoonmaakdienst elke dag was fantastisch. Al met al mega aanrader!!

Zowel Vila zelf, als de housekeeper, hebben hun uiterste best gedaan om ons verblijf (4 volwassenen, 2 tieners en 1 kind) spectaculair en onvergetelijk te maken. Vila Vilasa ligt enorm goed en is van 3 kanten open (geen gezamenlijke muur met de buren) bovendien, makkelijk te bereiken en heeft in de omgeving alles wat nodig. 20 tal minuten van het strand (per auto) maar eigen zwembad maakt het zelfs overbodig om nog ergens naartoe te gaan. Rondom rond, zeker geld en moeite waard om te bezoeken.

First off, we started at another villa and were not satisfied with the accommodations. I found this Villa by Agus and they responded immediately and allowed us to check in the same day within 2h of requesting. Walking through the wooden doors to the ambiance of the fountain pool and the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms as well as kitchen are overwhelmingly perfect. We cooked some of our own meals and ordered a meal and drinks from the host. They offer all kinds of services of which we had the 90min massage, flowers, dinners and beverages. They offer so much more, including the history of the Villa. The host, his wife and family and cute pups are so very kind and gracious. This was the perfect stay for us especially for spring break and taking time away. Relaxing, beautiful, and clean. I would choose this villa again and again. I was so pleased with the location, friendliness of the host, and truly peaceful tropical setting. Thank you.

Had a great stay here with a group of 12—the location is solid (just some construction nearby), but the host was very responsive and helpful with planning activities. Villa itself is beautiful with all necessary amenities, and the pool was amazing as well.

I wish I could talk in person to those considering this as their place to stay. The words I can write here will not do justice to how beautiful both the home and the owners are. The actual villa is stunning. Every detail has been considered. It is so comfortable, private, peaceful and safe. We live in a tropical region, in Australia, so are very familiar with the environment and the interesting stuff that comes with it. The villa is so cool and calming. We had a massage by the pool, and happily spent time just being in the spaces. BUT the true joy of this place is the owners. Naja and Leni. These two people will become instant family to you. I have travelled Bali many times and adore the Balinese people, but Naja and Leni are beyond beautiful. They will care for you like family, and it all comes from their heart. They truly love looking after their guests. Naja grew up in this exact village, so knows everyone. Nothing is too much for them to help your stay be perfect. I promise!
