Historic Warren is close by with one of our favorite restaurants and bars (Tracks) and of course Sugarbush base is walking distance (or ski “Out to Lunch” down)

This custom-crafted, 1,900 SF, three bedroom condo in the heart of ski, bike, food and beer country accommodates up to 8 people with two master bedrooms, and a room with double bunk beds to sleep 4 kiddos. Adjacent to Zen Barn, and the Country Club of Vermont, 13 mins to Stowe, and about a mile to downtown Waterbury. Bike or run to downtown Waterbury via the Waterbury Community Path! The host owns a second condo in the same complex and would be happy to accommodate large groups!

Tennis lessons and clinics available on site. Both gas and charcoal grills are available. Two Fire pits located just outside outdoor. Plenty of convenient parking.

Steps to Sugarbush Mountain in Warren, Vermont. This a one bedroom, one bath condo located in Center Village on Sugarbush Mountain. Pull out sofa is also available in the main living room. Perfect for skiing, snow shoeing, mountain biking & hiking. Condo is walking distance to chairlift. Short drive to Warren Falls, Mad River Glen, Mount Ellen and many delicious restaurants. The condo is within walking distance (5 minutes) to Clay Brook Hotel, where many weddings are held.
