We had enjoyed this much needed getaway. It's a peaceful surroundings and loved how everything was within reason. Will definitely go again. It felt like being home but a long way from home. Makes you think to move in the area.

School's Out Special for June! 3BD-pet friendly!

We loved our stay at Chris and Rachel's Beechwood cabin! It was exactly what we were looking for - cozy and relaxing while being close to amazing state parks and trails; only 30 mins to Ricketts Glen and 10 mins to Worlds End State Park. Also Dutchman Falls is only 5 minutes away, and it's also beautiful. It was so nice to come back to this place and soak in the hot tub and the cozy fireplace. It even snowed while we were there which made it all the more cozy. They were such friendly, responsive and helpful hosts too. We highly recommend staying at Chris and Rachel's place if you're planning to visit Ricketts Glen and Worlds End State Park.

Farmhouse Chic…

Brad’s unit is an innovative and exquisite remodel of the upper floor of his nutritional supply store! It’s conveniently equipped with beautiful furniture, decorations and amenities and was an extremely comfortable stay. This will be my go-to place for any future visits to the Wilkes-Barre area. Impeccably clean, generously provisioned and flawlessly furnished, I couldn’t have asked for a nicer stay. There’s also a convenient gym on site!
An overhead view of the open living area shows a spacious gray sectional sofa positioned beside a wooden coffee table. A comfortable black recliner is also visible. Natural light filters through the large glass doors, enhancing the rustic wood accents of the cabin.

Rainbow’s Edge Lodge

This weekend was just what we needed to relax and recharge. The home was clean and comfortable and very user friendly. Our 12 year-old loved the upstairs loft living area and our dogs enjoyed yard and the many beautiful places to hike near by- the LT, World’s End, and Ricketts are some of the most beautiful places on this earth. The hosts were easy to communicate with and all texts/messaged were answered within 15 minutes of reaching out. We would absolutely return to spend a run away long weekend again!
A serene river view reveals the gentle flow of the Susquehanna River, framed by lush green trees and hills. The clear blue sky reflects off the water's surface, highlighting the natural beauty of the surroundings. Reeds and plants line the riverbank, enhancing the tranquil ambiance.

Karin was so helpful. Anytime I had a question she immediately responded. She even supplied us with a few essentials since we were traveling by bike. The cabin is charming and comfortable for the two of us.
