From Akrar, it is quick by car to get around Suderø, which is one of the most beautiful islands of the Faroe Islands. From Akrar up to, for example, Eggjarnar, it is about 20 minutes by car, and here is one of the most beautiful views you can experience.

You can hear the ocean as the waves strike right outside the window. This 100 year old house, has been renovated through the years, but you still get the feel of going through the decades, the new has carefully been blended in with the old.
