Ideal for sightseeing or telecommuting. 10 min. from the center of Seoane where there is supermarket, bar, pharmacy or medical center. Located on the Rio Pequeno route and 20 minutes from the jewel of Courel, the Devesa da Rogueira. Next to the house you have a chestnut forest and very close to a limestone rock mountain (Taro Branco).

The house has an open room that combines kitchen, living room and dining room and two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds) and the bathroom with shower.
