This apartment is a real gem! The decor is cozy and refined, perfect for feeling comfortable from the first moments. The place is nice with optimal comfort for a stay in the capital. Between the pool with a beautiful view of the city and the gym with the necessary equipment, everything is there to settle in comfortably. The location is great: quiet, you can easily get around by Tuktuk to the main attractions. If you're looking for the best place to stay in Phnom Penh, this is the place to go! So's apartment is spotless, super comfortable and a great place for a short stay, despite the neighborhood being fairly noisy and congested and a skyscraper under construction directly in front. Being located in a building connected to a mall meant that we didn't have to go far to find a supermarket or for an impromptu meal. There is a gorgeous pagoda at the street level right opposite the entrance lobby which is worth visiting. Great location to get cabs and tuktuks quickly.

Chia is the best host. She quickly responded for my inquiries. Highly recommend and hope to stay there again.

Nika has a great place hand she is super helpful and very quick to respond. The building is a newer high rise condo and it is very nicely decorated. The unit is clean with full amenities for a long term stay. The only negatives to speak of is the internet and the location isn't great. The internet is slow and drops completely on a regular basis. I often had to to use my phone as a hotspot. When it works, it is sufficient enough to read emails and browse the internet but if you have to take a zoom call s or upload something it barely works . The area the unit is in is very clean, organized and walkable with lots of restaurants nearby. The down side to it is it's quite far from the city centre and the area feels like a ghost town all hours of the day. A tuk tuk will take you 20-30 minutes depending on traffic to get to the city centre and they are very cheap, so this isn't a deal breaker.
