Sparkling clean, spacious, German in the very best way. Great apartment that makes the somewhat boring town of Cottbus a great place to stay. However, you must be fit enough to climb a small 100 steps each time.

We had a great stay. The apartment is small but completely sufficient for a weekend trip for four. Two people can certainly do it for longer. Everything was really clean and the apartment and amenities well thought out. The only thing to keep in mind is the main street, which also makes a certain amount of noise at night and that the apartment is on the fourth floor without an elevator.

Frank's apartment is spacious, bright, quiet and much bigger than it appears in the pictures. It is relatively centrally located and I can only highly recommend it as someone who has really been renting apartments all over the world for decades.

Very friendly and nice hosts. We had a very nice and great stay. The apartment offers everything you need. We were able to park our 2 motorcycles well and safely in the yard. We'll be happy to come back next year.
