Chata Šimterka has been completely renovated and modernized. There is a swimming pool right next to the cottage, and in the lower part of the complex there is a great Finnish sauna. The Otava River is about 100 m from the cottage. On the ground floor of the cottage, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a sofa bed (2 beds) and a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. On the first floor there is a bedroom with 4 beds (1 double bed, 2 single beds). The cottage has two beautiful terraces.

Apartmán má k dispozici: velkou ložnicí se dvěma dvoulůžky, velkou obytnou kuchyň s jedním dvoulůžkem, krytou verandu a terasu, kompletní vybavení kuchyně včetně el. trouby a varné desky, mikrovlnné trouby, lednice, nádobí, vlastní koupelnu s vanou a WC. Do všech místností se vstupuje z haly, kudy prochází schodiště, které využívají hosté druhého podkrovního apartmánu. Apartmán není bezbariérový.

Holiday cottage from the 18th century, completely renovated in 2018. Our guests have at their disposal an entire separate cottage with a living room with kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom on the ground floor, along with a Finnish sauna made of lime wood and two bedrooms in the attic, one bedroom for 3 adults and a larger bedroom for 4 adults (or two adults and three children). All in Šumavské Podlesí. You can use the garden and seating with a grill. Guests have full privacy.

Beautiful south Bohemian cottage

Unique cottage, newly reconstructed but with respect to the past, to rural south bohemian architecture. The house is set in the middle of very small a piecefull village, it has a small garden closed in a yard so you have complete privacy. Outdoor firepit and open fireplace in an old cozy barn. Friendly neighbors can sell you fresh eggs straight from the hen house:) Nice south bohemian surroundings, forest just upon a hill, lakes, fields and meadows offer many beautiful walks.

The camper is located in a meadow in the middle of nature just a few steps from the forest. Outside, we have a fireplace with a barbecue and seating.
