Maria and her husband were just what we needed arriving in Cuba for the first time. They helped us with our money exchange, gave us good directions for shops that sold basics like water or places to get fruit; they recommended areas to eat in. Their humour and practical nature were great. The apartment was cool and clean and we were able to use the washing machine. The patio area was comfortable to relax on.

I'm from Argentina and I stayed at Alex's hostel. It exceeded my expectations, the room with a very nice balcony with a refrigerator, air conditioning, safe and WiFi. It is very well located, everything was close to me and I walked. The neighborhood is quiet and very close to the Iberostar Grand Packard hotel. I found it very quiet and safe. The entrance is exactly as shown in the photo and I was able to find it without any problems. There is a 24-hour front desk and the guys who work there are very friendly. I give it a 10 in every way, price, quality, location and cleanliness. There is a restaurant and a pizzeria on the corners. At the entrance there is a single bell that belongs to the hostel.

An unforgettable experience with Patricia and her family! Patricia, her husband, her mom, and Gabriel, were incredibly kind and patient, both to me and my guests. They were always attentive to what we needed, making us feel at home. Gabriel even did us the great favor of taking us to our next accommodation, something we really appreciated. The house was spotless, the service was excellent and the treatment towards Diego —my son— was as if he were part of their own family. They had a lot of details with us. Patricia washed our clothes at the last minute, even though we forgot to ask for it in time, and not only that: my son washed his sneakers and she made sure they were dry for the next day, just before we left. In addition, he gave us many mangos and provided us with kitchen items such as sugar, salt and other details that make all the difference. She says she has no family abroad... but now she has family in Mexico!

the truth Mali is a very kind and helpful person. He was always on the lookout for which he gave us some recommendations. I also want to comment that in this country in Havana if you do not bring data, it is very difficult to communicate and the apartment has a portable device so that you have internet. The truth is, I highly recommend the accommodation since it is centrally located and the attention from Mali is a pleasure to have hosted me with him
