One-bedroom apartment with a private entrance in a peaceful neighborhood, morning sun on the terrace. Open living room and kitchen, bathroom, and 2 beds in the bedroom. In the bedroom there is a 150x200 bed and a 140x200 sofa bed that has been pulled out. It is suitable for a maximum of 3 people, possibly 2 adults and 2 children. Fully equipped kitchen, TV, internet. There is no washing machine in the apartment. Please note: We have two cats in the house, so there may be traces of them in the apartment. If you have allergies, it is not recommended to stay here.

Apartment in the basement with private entrance, kitchen, living room with sofa bed, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower and washing machine. Bathroom renovated in February 2024. Kitchen, living room and bedroom renovated in January 2025. I prepare the beds before check-in with clean sheets and place clean towels on the beds. Free WiFi. TV has Chromecast. No TV channels. The apartment is about 45 m2. Outside the kitchen window there is a garden table with 4 chairs that can be used. Cushions for the chairs are available in the entrance.
