Tucked away on a quiet hillside, it's easy to forget that you are mere steps from shops, restaurants, and year-round festivities and events and minutes away from exploring Nevada's high desert landscape. The Little House: a 2 bedroom farmhouse situated just off the main road. Close to the action but far enough away to get some peace. Enjoy scenic views of the Sierra Nevada Mountains on the front porch while sipping tea or coffee (actual view from porch). This location is great for families and those that want to get away. This house comes with a unique history. The home was originally built in Sparks in the year 1900 and was later moved to Virginia City. Enjoy rustic with some modern amenities.

This is a fantastic in-law/guest house located in a great neighborhood in Sparks, NV. The space is private with a keypad lock and includes one-bedroom with a queen bed, a living room w/ a TV and modular sectional sofa that can be used as a bed, a kitchenette (w/ a hot plate & convection oven), and a washer & dryer. The space has WiFi, cable, and complimentary coffee & Tide Pods. The location is just a few minutes away from Downtown Reno. Similarly, it is about an hour drive (or less) to Tahoe.

Imagine waking up in a comfortable King bed & feeling heated floors as you step barefoot into the ensuite bathroom. Gazing out from the luxurious shower, you take in views of snow-capped mountains. Feeling refreshed, you head downstairs to the familiar smell of a tasty cup of coffee by the fireplace. After coffee, you slip into the bubbling Hot Tub while being entertained by a game of Ping-Pong. In the evening, you fire up the BBQ for a delicious dinner, followed by leisurely game of Pool.

You’re invited to experience our Sweet Little Desert Oasis right in the heart of the Historic Comstock Gold District (15 minutes from Virginia City). This separate little home is very private and in a quiet location. Ready to accommodate 2 adults (no children please). It is completely renovated with clean, neat furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen, and bathroom. Sleep on a comfortable queen sized bed under a homemade quilt. We look forward to sharing our little slice of heaven with you.

Enjoy a quiet neighborhood setting with quick and easy access to all that Reno and Sparks have to offer. Very cozy and stylish studio apartment with its own private entrance and patio/BBQ area. Laundry facilities are available too! Inside you will find a full kitchen, stocked with coffees, teas, and spices. There is one queen-size bed and one pull out couch, that is roughly twin sized, and a stylishly decorated full bathroom. The studio has one small step at the entrance landing.
