Cozy family cabin in tranquil surroundings. Here you are well shielded from other cabins - and can enjoy the silence in front of the fireplace. The cabin is newly renovated in 2024. It has three bedrooms - two with 120 cm beds and one with a 90 cm bed. On the loft there are two mattresses of 80 - and it is a good fit for the children to stay up there. We have TV, not Wi-Fi. -Approx. 3 minutes to Arena Overøye - with alpine and cross-country skiing. 10 min to Stordal city center. 30 min to Valldal 1 hour to Ålesund. 1 hour to Geiranger 1.5 hours to Åndalsnes

Jølet! Imagine lying suspended above the ground on a bed of rushing water with stars in your eyes! That's exactly what you can experience in Jølet, the cabin that is specially designed to give an optimal feeling of closeness to nature. On the edge of a "jøl" (a type of riverbank), created by the river's thousand-year effort to reach the fjord, the cabin partially floats in the terrain. Situated completely by itself without close neighbors, but overlooking the cultural landscape and village, this is a perfect place for both relaxation and activity.

Solar cells provide power for refrigerators, lights and mobile charging. Cooking on gas hobs and outdoor gas grill. Sleeps 3. Spacious cabin with great views and hiking terrain right outside the door. The cabin is located near the ski resort (ski in/ski out) and nice prepared cross-country trails and floodlit trails are just nearby. The area also has great hiking opportunities on foot. Fjellsetra is a good starting point for many nice mountain trips in summer and winter. It is also a good starting point for a day trip to Geiranger and Ålesund. In the summer you can also fish in Nysætervatnet (must buy a fishing license).

Stordal is centrally located and only an hour's drive away from Geiranger, Trollstigen and Ålesund

Here is a sauna and wood-fired hot tub with sea water that can be rented and enjoy the tranquility and nice view of the Hjørundfjord. There is also a private harbor with the possibility to rent a boat. Price per day: 16 ft 15/20 horsepower NOK 600 plus petrol. 18 ft 30 horsepower NOK 850 per day. Gasoline is in addition to what the customer uses. Life jackets can be borrowed. All boat rentals are at your own risk

Cabin available for rent from August 2021. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Here you can experience many nice mountain trips such as Giskemonibba, Lebergsfjellet, Steingarsvatnet, Måselia, Nyseternakken. It is close to Ålesund, Molde and Geiranger to be able to explore day trips.

Cabin with amazing views

Enjoy the wonderful view from this idyllic barn located on Valderøya outside Ålesund. The barn is over a hundred years old, but has been renovated several times. Please note that the Stabburet has electricity, but no running water or toilet. Guests can use the shower and toilet in the main house which is 30 m away.
