We were visiting family in the area. The place was conveniently located and was in walking distance to our family. The place was clean and nicely furnished for our needs. There are a couple a restaurants nearby that were wonderful. In fact, it is located above a nice restaurant that served breakfast. Very convenient. It is located next to the train so you will hear the crossing and the train. It does not run during the night.

Stayed here for 10 days in late November. My mom was transitioning from the hospital to rehab and then to her home. I worked all day everyday getting her place ready. John's Place came to be known as My Sanctuary at the end of the day. Very comfortable and very quiet. And John is a very nice, accommodating, compassionate guy. He asked about my mom everyday. I will definitely stay here for my next trip to the Boston area. Thanks for everything, John!

Leroy responded quickly to my questions. He stocked the apartment with Keurig cartridges, which I appreciate. This location is fun - on a bit of land, almost a tiny island, in a small pond. There was a great blue heron on the driveway twice in the morning, and I also saw a Baltimore oriole along the driveway. The apartment was very clean and just what I needed in just the right place.

Great place for my extended stay in the Boston area! Stephanie was communicative and flexible. The apartment had tons of awesome amenities that came in handy — including a bunch of toiletries, snacks, games, and even a toy for my dog! Nice location close to downtown Stoneham and the major highways with a grocery store nearby, as well as a nice walking trail. Would highly recommend!

Everything was spotless and beautifully organized. The peaceful neighborhood and serene surroundings made our stay even more enjoyable. Our family really enjoyed our stay at Alyssa’s place. It has everything a family needs for a few days or extended stay. Alyssa was extremely proactive and helpful, offered flexible check-in/check out and gave great local recommendations. We appreciated being able to bring our dogs and the neighborhood has lots to walk to and explore and is easy to get into Boston and around the area. Highly recommend!
