Vacation rentals with breakfast in Stone Town

Cindy and Kyle are the perfect introduction to Zanzibar. They offer much more than just a bed to sleep in, but a full experience into what the island has to offer. I'd highly recommend the added breakfast, Kyle is a brilliant chef. Couldn't have asked for two better hosts and a nicer room

It was beyond my expectations, the place was very natural, beautifully decorated with Zanzibari's native deco. The rooms are large with large bathrooms. My children had lots of fun and big garden to play around. The food was delicious from a local Chef who used seasonal fruit and meals. A paradise away from hectic Stone town. Yusuf organized for us a tour to Prison island and snorkeling, a breath taking experience. We walked the streets of Stone town, shopping and ate at forodhani food market all under guidance of Yusuf who knows the streets since his childhood. I am definitely planning to go back there again next weekend, Yusuf's place is the place to be.

Contact Mati about getting a taxi to his home because there’s no ride sharing app on the island and it’s easier to find the house for the first time. There’s a fisherman’s sandy beach a five minute walk from the house and the major road is five minute walk in the other direction. A/C and fan and WiFi functioned our whole stay with Mati.

Zanzilywood is good place for those looking peaceful surroundings in an isolated location. The grounds include a pool and store with all the items you need. The apartments are very spacious. If anything is missing, the hosts are quick correct the situation. Moreover, the host can arrange for your transportation both near and into Stonestown. I was satisfied with my stay.

The apartment is perfect for walking to restaurants and enjoying the beautiful beach. Different to most airbnbs we’ve stayed at - Not totally private as it is more of a family hospitality feeling rather than hotel style airbnb. We appreciated the local recommendations and daily clean, comfortable bed, breakfast, meals on request, and the onsite general manager. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and flexible for timings. It is Zanzibar so expect some small hiccups such as short power/wifi/water cuts - a small price to pay for paradise.

we could not fault the accommodation took time getting used to the electric blackouts and water running out but staff was helpful and tentative always on hand so peaceful the location if that's what you want I 100% recommend if you want abit more lively go to nungwi north of island

Es war ein toller Urlaub mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Das Haus ist komplett neu und wird liebevoll von Lisa und ihrem Mann gepflegt. Alles war sehr sauber und das Frühstück gesund und nahrhaft. Wie man es sich wünscht :) In 5 Gehminuten ist man an einem tollen Naturstrand, der nicht von vielen Touristen belagert ist und man hat seine Ruhe. Mit dem Mopedtaxi kann man jederzeit in die Stadt, bzw. sich auch Sachen ins Airbnb liefern lassen… das ist wirklich ein toller Service. Wenn man einen längeren Ausflug plant, sind die Gastgeber stets zu Hilfe einen Wagen mit Fahrer zu organisieren. Im Airbnb ist keine Kilmaanlage, was aber nicht stört, da im oberen Stock stets ein guter Luftstrom durch die Deckenventilatoren + Balkon entsteht. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Emmanuel's place is just the best to catch an early flight or to find a bed after a long and late flight from / into Zanzibar. The Hotel is just a short walk from the Airport (domestic / international). Emmanuel is very helpful, communication couldnt be better. I can warmly recommend the accomodatinon

Andrew and Rachel are excellent hosts, serving great meals and exemplary hospitality. We had great views of the sunrise on the beach while having a cup of coffee. The villa is on the beach which has perfect white sand and easy swimming. The rooms have space to hang clothes and good ventilation from the sea breeze. Reasonably priced beer and wine are always available. Our party of six were extremely happy with our one week stay at the Villa Mina! Between the great hosts/staff and post card setting, we could not have done better!

The place gave us exactly what we came for in Zanzibar, the beach front , only issue i had was how to get to the place , google map took us to different Zanzibar beach house and I didn’t have a sim card or data to communicate wt the owner , I think it’s better to use matemwe or just heaven apartment coz the locals know this places , the lady Esta was always there to help with whatever we needed and the owner always asking if we needed anything, so me and my friends felt at home . Thanks for the memories.

My stay at Kiponda was beyond expectations! Right in the city center and within 3 minutes walk on the boulevard/beach where there is a lot to do both during the day and in the evening. There are also many different restaurants and locals who sold fresh fish and other food in the adjacent park every night. Hotel itself was clean, everyone was very helpful and the rooftop terrace for breakfast was fantastic! Breakfast was basic, but good. Freshly boiled eggs every morning! Next time I will definitely come back. Thanks

Chambre propre et spacieuse. Hanan était très accueillante et réactive. Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce logement qui est au centre de Stone Town. Nous avons pu tout faire à pieds.

Close to everything . Somewhat hard to find, poor signage on the building and the front doors were locked. Luckily our taxi driver found a side door with a doorbell. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Ibrahim heeft vooraf ons goed geholpen en informatie geveven. De on-site manager David heeft gezorgd dat we in 2 delen konden inchecken en heeft ons een goede gids voor een rondleiding aanbevolen. Bedankt allebei mannen!

Wir haben eine Nacht in der Unterkunft von Khalid verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer sah genauso aus wie auf den Fotos, hatte eine Klimaanlage und liegt auf der 3. Etage. Die Lage ist perfekt um Stone Town zu erkunden. Das große Highlight war die Dachterrasse, bei der man einen tollen Blick über die Stadt hat. Alle Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!
